We loved Kenny he was great he went beyond the extra mile. So we could enjoy Cody. Loved the balcony! The breakfast choices were really good lots of options, especially the biscuits and gravy.

It was luxurious, cozy, quiet, friendly and all around perfect. Thank you!

Breakfast was terrific. The gentleman who checked us two old sisters ( with bad knees) in, was gracious & welcoming. The two men (1. young & 1 has been there for 14 yrs) we’re friendly & helpful. We were sad to learn that Yellowstone had closed their entrances. The older of the two actually chased us down in the parking lot as we were leaving, to show us that the entrance we wanted, had just been opened. Wow!

It was all we could have hoped for.

Lovely hotel with a great location. Heidi at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. We will def

Breakfast was very good. Fresh hot food and coffee. Hotel lobby was a beautiful place to kick back and relax. Laundry facilities very clean with efficient machines.

There's no screen on the door leading out to the balcony. There was a lot of flying insects in the room. Maybe it's the time of year or the previous guests left the door open.

Awesome dog friendly hotel!

We were traveling with our two dogs and it was wonderful to be in a hotel that was so pet friendly and had good areas for walking the dogs.

Great location, clean rooms and common areas.

Breakfast (although it was included in the cost of the room) was not great. Coffee was a light brown color, eggs were not good. Ability to make waffles and toast made up for some of that.

Our stay was 10/10 perfect.

Amy the desk staff was beyond amazing to my family! so friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was the best! Will be back because of her. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was great. warm pool and very clean as well.

Beautiful location, nice breakfast.

Very unfriendly morning receptionist. Our building was out of hot water and I felt like she was questioning why we might need time to move rooms. There is a lot of negative feedback from her. However, the manager and the night receptionist we’re both extremely helpful and very accommodating. :)

Experience was good over all.

Continental breakfast was the same as every other place, would like more healthy options. They did have yogurt with fresh fruit. Also the eggs tasted like powder.

If we return to Cody WY again I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff was very helpful in assisting us when we asked. We needed to use a computer and the one in the lobby was not functioning properly. They took us to one in the office and we were allowed to use it.

We had to leave early in the morning so we could not avail ourselves of the morning meal they offered.
