Super bien

EN: It’s very well located and the room was great! The first one we got had an issue with the lock but they quickly changed our room. It was comfy and everything was great. ES: Está muy bien situado y la habitación era estupenda. La primera que nos dieron tenía un problema con la cerradura pero rápidamente nos cambiaron de habitación. Era cómoda y todo estaba muy bien.

EN: We were on the second floor and wifi didn’t reach our room. But I think it was a mishap because it wasn’t available in the garden in the main area either which is close to reception. That was really the only con. ES: Estábamos en la segunda planta y el wifi no llegaba a nuestra habitación. Pero creo que fue un contratiempo porque tampoco estaba disponible en el jardín de la zona principal que está cerca de recepción. Ese fue realmente el único contra.

If you are only going to sleep there, maybe.

Room was nice size and bed was comfortable and a/c was cold

No parking, tv don’t work and no internet. Did not have any ice buckets or ice. Could not find anyone in the office after checking in. Office doors were locked.

The location was good. There were a few restaurants near by. My room was not cleaned and I did not receive my $100 back

I liked the price, but, I was charged refundable $100 deposit (REFUNDABLE). I have not received my refund yet. I was provided with a refund receipt, however, nothing had hit my account yet.

My room floor was greasy. We were provided one wash cloth and one towel. When I asked for another one…the host could not speak English.

Definitely stay away

The location was good. The door to the room had an opening that allowed cockroaches to enter. There were only two bath towels, no wash cloths or floor towel to step on when you exited the shower.

Roaches The young girl at the Front Desk told my wife that we could check out and they would refund the other nights (we agreed to pay for the night we slept) once Booking.com contacted them, which Booking.com could not do. No response.

the room had about 25 mosquitoes in it and the light from parking garage shines bright all night long in to the room.

Exceptional

Location was excellent. Very close to our parking for our cruise. Pleasantly surprised to find this tiny motel smack in the middle of giant skyscrapers. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions.

Very unpleasant

I liked location

Lots of issues within the room. TV not working. Plugs and lights not working. Staff completely unaware and left me hanging when I asked him to fix the television. He left, left the door open and not only never brought back the remote but the room was filled with mosquitoes because of it. There was also a very loud humming from the bathroom not associated with the lights or fan. I had to sleep with door closed and earplugs.

We stayed only for 1 night. Rudy at reception, was very kind and helpful but we were struggling to communicate in English. Car parking was outside on the main street but there were cameras installed for security.

Some channels on the TV were not functioning. We were greeted and informed that someone would sort this out. No communication nor any work was carried out with this effect. Also the room had a very strange & strong aroma (not sure what it was).

Good place for a basic stay.

Easy to locate in busy/lively area. Lots of places to eat close buy. Parking. Staff were friendly. Room was basic but comfortable.

Very noisy. Needed a car to travel city; to the beach etc.

I paid 100$ down deposit. They never send it to me back. Every time i try to call them about my deposit. They never answer the phone.

Superb

Room was super nice and bed was very comfortable. Location was great also.

Window was frosted glass so we couldn't see out and there were no washcloths provided. However these were very small inconveniences compared to how nice it was.
