Awful! Don’t waste your money

Clean

Ice machines weren’t even hooked up to water. We were told there was ice on the third floor, but we went up there and there was none. Got into the shower and there was no soap in the body wash container. They came and filled it up and then the next day, my friend was in her room and they had no more shower gel either. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly, so they had to send someone to fix it. The television wasn’t working on regular TV. Anytime we put it on a channel it blipped off and the screen went black. There were ice machines in the hotel, but there were neither ice buckets or cups in either of the two rooms that we rented. The breakfast was a bagel bar and the only cream cheese they had was strawberry cream cheese; they had no plain original cream cheese. Definitely wasn’t worth the three hundred dollars per night per room that we paid.

Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable.

Pillows were too soft. Air conditioner worked poorly. Room smelled musty when i first arrived. I updated my reservation thru Booking. (Changing my arrival date). Booking.com DID NOT notify the hotel of my update and they had me listed as a no show

Perfect location if you are visiting Opryland..

For anyone traveling to Opryland this location is perfect. Following a night time performance at the Grand Ole Opry it only took us 10 minutes to get back to the motel...NO TRAFFIC. There are plenty of places to eat close by.

Probably overpriced but ok to just sleep and leave.

Convenient area.

Needs upgrades and to be cleaned better. We had soaking wet carpet at the bathroom. Bathroom floor and wall were disgusting. Rest of the carpet was damp. Breakfast wasn’t good stale bagels and pastries.

A great hotel with transportation for a nominal fee to downtown Nashville.

The shuttle to downtown Nashville was great. We were happy to not have to drive and figure out parking, so the shuttle was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

The first morning we were there the breakfast was almost gone. The second morning, we had a better choice.

Fun Stay in Nashville

The Location. Its great. If you drive around Nashville you will find some seedey neighborhoods. This Hotel is in a nice neighborhood.

Some of the Hotel areas are Dated. Its still a nice place

Pleasant

Breakfast was to be served between 6:30 am and 10:30 am. At 9:00 we went to breakfast and all the sausage, bacon and eggs were gone. Staff said there was no more food. Other guests stated this had happened the two previous mornings. Breakfast is served till 10:30 then there should be breakfast until 10:30. We budgeted and planned to eat breakfast at the hotel.

Location was great but building needs updated.

I liked that it’s wasn’t too far away from the Opry since that was the purpose of our visit. The staff was very nice and inviting.

The sheets on the bed did not look as if they had been changed. One of the blankets had a spot on it that didn’t look like a stain it looked like where a previous guest had maybe spilled food. The Tv stand was falling apart like the particle board was separating as if it had gotten wet and there was a small hole in the bathroom ceiling that looked to be from a previous water leak and looked moldy.
