Good for a night passing by

The beds and breakfast

The sauna was full of kids and I could not use it. Also the m morning staff (male) was unfriendly

We stay at Holiday Inn express often. Never had an experience like this.

Our carpet was wet by the air conditioner from leaking, opened the pullout couch there were blood stains on the mattress, the bathtub streamed water out of it, and wouldn’t shut off all the way.

It was real convenient. Everything you need is readily available and the staff are more than willing to help with anything you may ask of them.

Breakfast was fine. Nothing special

Outdated rooms. Tile in bathrooms appeared dirty abs tub was chipping. The heater also had a foul smell of burning smoke when turned on so we turned it off out of fear.

Not worth what we paid for it and would not stay again. Needs a renovation badly.

Room was big and staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice having the separate living room where my teenager could sleep on the couch and watch what he wanted.

Room wasn’t very clean, there was stains on the furniture,bathtub was chipped and shower liner was gross. The pool was okay but needs a good scrubbing and hot tub jets were weak. The beds could be more comfy. There were only a few outlets that worked for plugs and the room is super dark.

We had a nice causal weekend and a nice comfortable room to relax in.

The Holiday inn was in a good location. It was close to shopping and lots of other activities. The breakfast bar had a lot of food and a good variety. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows were so soft.

It is not very sound proof it was very loud all hours of the night. . I could smell drugs in the hallway .It smelled like skunk pretty sure someone was smoking on the 2nd floor.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety.

We had a little trouble get room service during the stay. They eventually did a wonderful job, but it was a stressor. The light in the room was a problem since the window darker curtain was too small for the window and didn't cover the whole thing.

our room was still pretty dirty. the toilet had not been cleaned and it looked as though someone had just used it and not flushed it. i found several pieces of hair on my side of the bed when opening up the covers, there looked to be a blood stain? on the door frame of the bathroom. I’m sure that’s not what is was, the maids definitely need to do a much better job of cleaning other than that, the stay was fine.

Great, clean place to stay

I liked that it was clean, the staff was nice, and the location was perfect.

There was a noise every ten minutes in my room (108) that sounded like a door squeezing open. I think the refrigerator was making the noise. I was traveling alone and the noise scared me out of my sleep several times.

overall, would definitely recommend and will be staying at again sometime in the very near future.

bed was super comfortable and the muffins and yogurt were solid. All front desk lady with dark hair was absolutely lovely and the cleaning ladies were all ever friendly as well.

dude with the long hair, balding, very uncomfortable to speak with. Most of the breakfast was not good. More options in the convenience store

Good value, awesome sized suite, even better breakfasts!

The breakfast was actually really good (choice of oatmeal, bacon, eggs, cereal, juice, milk bagels, toast etc.! Much better than what we have been offered at other hotels that were more expensive. The size of the Queen suite room was perfect for my family of 5 on a 3 night stay! Loved that the bed area was separated by the bathroom, not just a curtain or half wall. It provided a hang out spot for my kids with the couch, table, and TV, while giving my husband and I our own "hang-out" area where we could have a little more quiet or watch what we wanted to on TV.

It is right by the Interstate which can be a great thing but you can definitely hear the traffic noise through the windows at night.

Staff was very nice, Breakfast was very good and had a good selection of food

we were on the 3rd floor and the Ice Machine room was being remodeled so we had to go to the main floor for Ice...That was kinda a Pain.

friendly staff but TV’s out of order

amazing pillows, nice firm bed, super friendly staff - very caring

not enough outlets to charge phones etc; room was very dark, could use more lighting, we had two tv’s in the room and neither worked; there was a sink outside the bathroom and it didn’t work either.
