Razoável. Boa localização e funcionários.

Localização e simpatia do funcionários.

Hotel normal. Falta janela no quarta. Dava para um muro. Quarto pequeno, chuveiro fraco. Preço alto. Ainda que tenha feito a reserva de última hora após o booking não honrar com a minha anterior e me deixar na mão. Aguardando reembolso da não honrada para diminuir o prejuízo.

Quick visit before a flight

Location is its strongest point. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are tiny and outdated. Breakfast is VERY limited. The price is really inadequate to the condition.

O local é super agradável e fica numa das avenidas principais de Miami (Washington Av). O quarto é bem aconchegante e muito confortável. O acesso à Ocean Drive é muito fácil, cerca de 8min a pé. Achei muito seguro.

Not the best place to stay and expensive for what you get.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

No lift. Had to carry bags up and down stairs. Parking was around the corner and no parking to drop off bags.

I will never stay here again

Convenient location

I only stayed for one night as the staff was very rude and made me very uncomfortable during my stay. You have to carry your things up and down a long flight of stairs, and they are very rushing during check out. They also struggled with communication to me as the phones or TV did not work and so when it was time for me to check out, I didn’t understand that the time was earlier than what I saw during my booking what they still rushed me out anyways, and was very rude about it and proceeded to tell me that it was because the type of hotel they are doesn’t normally served people like me as a black person that felt very aggressive..

La chambre est spacieuses. Pas de bruit malgré la situation idéale pour un séjour à Miami Beach ( trolley, bus).

Une très bonne adresse à South Beach

La gentillesse du personnel et l emplacement idéal calme et très proche de la mer et de la zone animée.

Il n est pas normal que l hôtel n'ai pas quelques sachets de Thé au petit déjeuner si on ne veut pas de café qui est imposé..

Nice hotel, avoid the breakfast

Nice design, friendly staff, great location close to the beach. Reading the fashion quotes on the room doors was fun.

The rooms are tiny and the breakfast probably the worst hotel breakfast I ever had.

The rooms are small , bedding needs to be updated, mattresses are old , tried to hide them with a black dirty cover , bathrooms are dirty and had cracks.

It was a short relaxing girls trip! And i had a blast !

The room was adorable, cozy, and super clean; it came with little extras like snacks and water which are really important in a city like miami. The location of the hotel is super close to the water but also all the restaurants and nightlife. The beach is only one street away, cross that and your at the beach. For the distance from the beach, and being inside the beach i rate it a 9/10

I really enjoyed my experience overall. Only thing i did not like, was that some how my rooms keypad to unlock the door disconnected entirely and I had no way to get in unless the front desk opened my room each time i left ! It was a bit of a headache not being able to have my own key but none the less, the super sweet girls in the front were always willing to help !

Considering the location it is good value for money, but there is alot of room for improvements

Great location, rooms were alright considering the price, the front desk was really nice and helpful with any issues/questions we had and the beach towels they provide free of charge are a nice bonus

The breakfast was a total waste of money, it is ok if you are staying a day or two but for a longer time you’re better off going to the store across the street, the breakfast has basicly no variety (3 things to choose from), there is a weird system of serving it where you have to wait in front of a room and then you get to eat it in your room… which has no table/chairs so you could eat normally… rooms even tho nice were poorly maintained in our room for instance the tiles on the floors were cracked and pieces broken off, the window could barely be opened/closed, bed was making all kinds of weird noises when u sat/layed down…

Dirty hotel, dirty room, dirty sheets, strong room deodorant. only reason we stayed is because it was only for one night

the local was excellent for our needs and the staff was nice and accommodating.

the main corridor was dirty, the first room we were given was dirty with orange markings on the floor and on the sheets on one of the two beds. we were moved to a second room, which wasn’t clean either, but at least the sheets were clean and we just needed to spend one night. the hotel had a very strong deodorant smell. so strong that I woke up the next day with a sore throat. tried to open the window to let the deodorant dissipate, but it wouldn’t stay open. for one night it was ok, but there would’ve been no way I would’ve spent any extra time there.
