Our stay was okay. Over all not great but not terrible.

Location. It was easy to get to and the highway.

Our room was clean, but was missing a few things like a working clock and no tissues. I real issue was the outside grounds. There was litter and cigarette butts all around the building. Worst of all there was dog poop right near our door.

We would never stay there again. We deserve a clean room! Not one that was beat and falling apart.

The front deck staff were pleasant.

The room was filthy, smelled like smoke which was supposed to be a none smoking room. The linens and bed spread were stained. The air conditioner was dusty and had dried macaroni in it. The towel rack was barely hanging on the wall. There was a hole in the bathroom door and wall. The floor was very dirty!

This was by far, the worst possible experience!

Absolutely nothing, the property was a disaster.

A/C did not work, the property was filthy, the non-smoking rooms all reeked of smoke. The staff was smoking every where, we were given 3 different rooms, all equally worse. People walked in our room, because staff did not update room change in the system. There were bugs and my spouse and I got bitten. The linen was dirty and there were hairs on the pillow covers.

it was very dusty and the mattress was lumpy. Way too much noise at night and the floor got too wet after a shower.

Would not recommend.

We reserved thru booking.com a King suit room- we arrived at the property an were told there were no King rooms available. We were put in a Handicap Queen room- not to our liking, The floors in the room were dirty- you could not walk in bare feet. The lobby and Breakfast room were under construction and dirty. We paid for breakfast but would not eat there. Will not stay here again- would not recommend.

everything they had roaches crawling on our food we got form long horns . people was out side all hours of the night acting really crazy an load it was terrible I can go on an on I also have pictures I can show you

if it wasn’t for the woman that checked us in being so Great, I’d complain about the room more.

location was great. beds were super comfy. it was a good price. check in woman was AWESOME.

upgraded room was done poorly. cleaned poorly. breakfast was sad. cold coffee, no milk, batter too watery to “cook”.

Passable

The young woman who checked us in and the young man at the desk in the morning were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was comfortable and there were some good options like hard boiled eggs.

The room floor in the room was very dirty. My husband walked barefoot briefly and the bottoms of his feet were black. The bed was not comfortable and if I didn’t sleep in the middle I was practically falling off. There were renovations with the parking, but it was quite inconvenient to find a spot. The outside hallway was weirdly sticky.

Staff were very helpful

The ice machine was covered on the outside what appeared to be mold. We did not dare get ice from that machine. The room had very little lighting. The towels were very thin. The soap was a little bigger than the size of a quarter. We have stayed in the Red Roof Inn many times, and by far, this was the worst one we ever stayed in.
