I would never stay here again . Location is the best part about this Location that's it!

Location was great ! That's it!

Staff could have been polite. Or professional The building was dirty . Police was out removing people from rooms. Guys where in staircase sitting . And roaming around . Parking lot had used condoms . Keys stopped working every night. Sheets where dirty on the bed and etc

no me gusto nada la habitacion tenia un olor fuerte a humedad y a otros olores , todo estaba muy mal estado las camas el televisor nunca cambio le dege saber a resepcion y nada muy mala esxperiencia los alrededores muy mal estado yo entiendo que esten remodelando pero deven tener mas cuidado , o cerrar la facilidad hasta que tenminen, la habitacin esta en el medio del complejo era horrible el pasar por los lados ... el baño estaba HORRIBLE ,,,,,

Drugs being sold 2 rooms down people with ankle monitors walking around there buying drugs crack heads asking for money when you go outside people banging on the drug dealers door yelling

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They should be a shame to call it Howard Johnson by Wyndham. The wifi doesn't work at all, the people who stay here are ghetto and all you here are screams and people fighting, the receptionist didn't know how to print out a receipt, I had to make 2 reservations because the first one I made directly with the hotel receptionist over the phone they didn't have it on file so I had to do it again with booking, the rooms say no smoking but the room smelled like cigarette, the cable sucks, you have to super slam the door otherwise it doesn't lock, let me mention again that there's no wifi at all, the beds are no confortable, we found roaches, they advertise free breakfast but they only have a coffee machine that is never working, the rooms don't come with refrigerator nor microwave, most importantly the WiFi doesn't work. Never staying here ever again, no matter how much of a "special" they offer, not worth it to save some money on this crappy place. There’s also not a do not disturb sign and house keepers come knocking every morning between 9 and 10 like cops on your door, soo disrespectful. There were crackheads inside the hotel just laying there. Cops showed up once to break up a fight.

Don’t stay here. Not clean and not worth the money

Nothing at all

The room smelled like roach spray, the rooms looked clean from the door but once you get in the bed was covered in dog hair on all of the sheets, no top blanket, holes in the bathroom walls. When I confronted the front desk about a refund and leaving the yelled at my wife and kids before issuing a refund that I haven’t received yet. The rooms and staff are no where near acceptable

Um grupo de bêbados chegou à meia-noite falando alto nos corredores e só pararam muito tempo depois, quando alguém do hotel chegou para alertá-los. Reclamaram, xingaram a pessoa,, mas entraram em seus quartos. Tive medo. Estavam exaltados, gritando e rindo alto.

You get what you pay for.

There was hot water, free wifi and no bed bugs.

The air-condition smelled like someone peed in it. The carpet felt like it hadn't been steam cleaned in years. It had the landlord special when it came to paint on all hardware. The bathroom fan was exceedingly loud. The room had a mildew smell to it. The second day I saw German cockroachs. The bedding had an itchy feeling so it felt like I had bugs crawling on me.

Cheap but awful stay

It is incredibly close to universal parks

The property looks very abandoned. The facilities were dirty and not well taken care of. No one cleans anything, we were there 6 days and not even once they went to throw our garbage, we literally had bags full of trash in our room. The “hotel” looks very sketchy, there’s some weird guests hanging around. Overall not a comfortable stay at all. Very convenient and cheap if you only care about a place to sleep and shower when visiting universal. We had to change rooms the first time because the room they gave us had no sheets, had trash in it, and hadn’t been clean. The new room was better, however it still felt dirty and smelled funny

Horrible. I may never stay in ANY Choice property again.

Nothing

No maid service or fresh towels. Only one recepticle for TV, microwave, coffee pot. No bedside lamps, no plug for phone charger. Shower curtain rod about to fall off. Carpets horribly stained. Had to run AC 24/7 just to keep room from stinking.

Rooms were substandard. Rust, limescale and mould in bathrooms. Beds were terrible, holes in the wall. TV worked sporadically. Overall felt uncomfortable and unsafe

Exceptional

The man who's the hotel manager was very professional and accommodating. I got there a little too early to check in. So my room wasn't ready. But he put me in another room that was better than my intended room on my reservation. He just didn't won't me sitting around looking lost. So yes I'll recommend this hotel to anyone.

it’s close to downtown Orlando

i had my 1 year old with me and there was marijuana all over the ground, so she couldn’t go on the ground to play. so i don’t think they clean very well. looks like they have rats, because there was wood shavings by the doors as if something had been chewing on it. i wouldn’t go back.
