Little overpriced for the age of the place and nothing was outstandingly good.

For once the scrambled eggs were really good - not watered down like they are at some hotels.

Bed was pretty hard.

Overall, the stay was okay. The breakfast was good, but otherwise, the rates were over-priced.

Breakfast was delicious with several options to choose from. The front desk staff were nice and accommodating.

Our first room on the second floor was very outdated. I’d honestly be embarrassed to give these rooms to guests. There were several long dark hairs scattered on our comforter and sheets when we arrived. I immediately reported it to the front desk staff and she was very apologetic and assigned us a new room on the 4th floor. This room was updated and was much nicer than the first room. We had some issues getting the AC to cool the room down, but we were gone most of the day, so we never addressed the issue with the staff.

Uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep since the room want properly cleaned

Fix all the broken fixtures and make sure housekeeping is really cleaning the rooms and bathrooms

The toilet was still dirty when we got in the room. Toilet paper handle was broken, shower head was also broken.

I will definitely return.

The location is great. The hotel is clean and feels warm and cozy. The staff is great and very friendly.

The pillows are a bit too soft and the toilet paper a bit too thin.

Overall I was very pleased with my stay

Front desk staff was very busy but also short handed on staff but friendly. Fairly easy check in. Breakfast was awesome. Good variety.

Wrong beds

Location I've been coming to this hotel since it opened

Chose room as 2queen beds with sofa sleeper both rooms had a king bed with sofa sleeper. That was not good for our group. We made it work but I was very unhappy about that

It was a good centralnplace to stay while we were in Mesa.

Breakfast was very good. We had many choices and it was always hot eggs and bacon was excellent. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was helpful. The Mexican restaurant was excellent that was next to the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to try the tepanyaki /sushi restaurant because it was always full.

I made a couple of comments about the vending machine not working and they came and plugged it in. It was so noisie that we unplugged it. They came a second time and plugged it in and it was quiet for a bit but started up again. It may need to be replaced. The ice makers on two and three did not work so we walked up to four and got ice.

Needed a room close to airport.

Close to food establishments and airport

Our room was a dump! Room was very outdated and carpet was so worn. The bathroom sink was clogged. Room smelled so musty. Room was booked on booking.com and they must have put us in the worst room possible. Booked room as we wanted airport shuttle, however after we booked we learned hotel doesn’t provide transportation until 6 am. Our fight was leaving at 6:00. Couldn’t get money back. This should be stated on website so people know.

Filthy room that needed to be remodeled. Not enough Kleenex, towels.

The location was in close proximity to our NXR race.

The room was filthy . The shower floor was peeling. The molding was half there and dusty. We didn’t have enough towels for our stay. Very disappointed with our room and no room service. Meaning no refresh of towels.

The breakfast and pool area is great.

Most of the maids are literally high or drunk during there shifts. I personally have seen them smoking weed out of a vape. A few maids were obviously on drugs during there shift

Nice pool area,the rooms look nice and certain easy going staff

That I stayed 1 of my 2 nights in a room i could barely break into, and didn't have functional A/C because the employee didn't want to call maintenance and said I couldn't move rooms until they checked it. Next morning we switched rooms because another employee asked if we wanted to, thank you to her. Yay Air Conditioning! However, I got chewed on all night by some bug which I'm allergic to. Guess I should have stayed in the hot room

Location

The bedding was stained and dirty. Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking hotel. Carpet was filthy Chair was filthy and fabric was worn and ripped. The entire hotel had a bad odor. Never staying there again.

Good Location for a Short Stay

Excellent location right off the freeway and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Breakfast was good but the hours were not clear. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The facilities could use some upgrading, but for our short stay it was sufficient.

overpriced and not worth it …..

the front desk was pleasant

the first room I was given was missing a mini fridge and then was put in a room with only one TV that worked and was told maintenance would be sent and never came.The breakfast was a hard pass and had to asked for our keys to be reset a couple times . seriously not worth the $400 spent ….

wonderful place to stay.

employees are professional and very nice, everyone was very accommodating and informative about all property information guests need to know and they will go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can possibly be. rooms are clean beds are comfortable room size and bathroom size are perfect. tv has more channels than a lot of hotels have. quiet and calm atmosphere. good breakfast in the morning and coffee is conveniently available all day long. laundry facilities are available for guests that need to do laundry which is great because there are no places otherwise to do laundry in the immediate area. overall wonderful place to stay.
