Disappointing

Under construction and just in bad shape. Bathrooms were not that clean and had mold in the shower

Comfortable over night stop. Swimming pool was nice.

Breakfast was very good. I appreciated turkey sausage and veggie omelette.

The renovations made it smell like paint and new carpet.

Our stay was phenomenal, and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

This is Leons wife writing this review. we had an amazing stay. we were in town to see our eldest son graduate from the Bryant police academy. The ceremony was held at the Conway convention center. We had our pick of what hotel to stay in because there were so many in that location. The hotel we chose was phenomenal. The room was so comfortable and spacious. It accommodated our family beautifully. The breakfast was exceptional. I work at a hotel in our hometown and am the breakfast attendant. My husband is the maintenance man, so to know what the jobs entail and still see the exceptional work from the staff. My son was in a wheelchair following a surgery and everything accommodated him well. The front desk was amazing. Any time we left and returned to the hotel we were met with smiling friendly faces. There were a few times we needed towels and a few other items and they were more than happy to help us. The professionalism and great attitudes of the staff and amazing room, breakfast, and pool will definitely ensure that we will stay at this hotel again.

This is Leons wife writing this review. There was only one instance, and I don't blame the hotel. Me, my husband, and my daughter were in the pool, and we had only been there a short time when a ton of people came in. They started throwing a football and we were hoping that at some point they would be done "playing. But we were not so fortunate. All three of us were struck with the football at different times. Their session actually took the entire pool, and we were huddled in a corner trying not to be hit. we wound up leaving not long after we had entered because my husband was getting very angry, and I did not want to see something happen with him losing his temper. But again, I do not blame the hotel. It was the stupidity of the people that were down there drinking and acting a fool.

No cleaning, feeble internet.

Large room. Decent price

Though requesting room to be cleaned every day, during a four night stay, it was cleaned only one day. After several requests, finally had to settle with getting a couple of towels delivered one day . When we go to hotels, making beds emptying trash, and supplying clean towels, is the very least to expect. Nearly no internet, and no luggage rack. Service left much to be desired . Front desk said they'd notify housekeeping to clean room.....nothing happened.

Our "junior suite" had a nice king-sized bed, working TV, large shower--and a large refrigerator. The breakfast coffee was very good.

Everything was fine, I went through booking.com for the rooms, and I had told the front desk that I had pre-paid for 2 rooms, but we were in before 5:00, and canceled the extra room (as my intended guests made their own arrangements). The following Monday, I find my credit card charged AGAIN for the stay. I imagine this will get resolved--but I used booking.com because they showed the hotel available, when H.I. showed it unavailable. Why prepay when it must be a hassle for the hotel?

Thankful to staff who got us a quiet room away from rowdy kids. We had traveled 6000 miles.

Better if coffee station was away from food hub. With need for social distancing those who want just coffee and no food could do a quick in and out.

I would have preferred real fresh cream in my coffee.

it was very clean, the staff was great, coffee was excellent. the balcony option for the room is amazing. I wish more hotel had this option. the stay was simply the best in a long time I definitely recommend this hotel

Unpleasant

The room was cold.

Bed was stiff and very uncomfortable. I requested a new room but the front desk said they were full. I left a day early due to the discomfort while trying to sleep. Also, the tv was very old for a “deluxe suite”.

my sister called and cancelled the june 17th night on the 15th and was told no problem When my brother law checked in on the 18th he was told they are being charged for the friday night which he explained had been cancelled , so yes that was very disappointing

Nothing. The room wasn’t very clean, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up, mold under the sink at the bar area, A/C didn’t work well, the list goes on and on.

The sink at the bar area leaked in the floor, on hot water, the awfullest noises were extremely loud coming from the pipes, mold under the sink, A/C didn’t work well, and just overall not very clean. Lady working the breakfast area was extremely rude, and just didn’t enjoy her job.
