We always enjoy staying at the Edgewater Inn. For the price and location, it is well worth it.

We would have preferred to stay on the first floor, but they did give us a room on the second floor close to the stairs. The bed was comfortable and we slept really good. This was our third time staying there. The staff always makes us feel welcome. They also give you a 10% off discount at the Waffle House which is right next to their property.

OK for the money

Checking in was quick and easy. Entered my room and there was trash everywhere. They forgot to clean the room. Thankfully, Treasure Bay is across the street so I went to their wonderful crab leg buffet. By the time I got back to the Edgewater my room was clean. A huge selection of television channels. Waffle House in front of the property and very convenient.

Room is dated. Very dated. Towels are paper thin.

Lamentablemente las paredes de los cuartos son muy delgadas, tuve la mala fortuna de tener al lado a un trío de mujeres borrachas y agresivas que no me dejaron dormir la última noche, para colmo tenían a un perro que no dejó a de ladrar. Salieron a intimidar a quienes nos quejamos con un bate. Gracias a esta posibilidad de tener a semejantes vecinos dudo mucho en regresar.

We have our dogs so having access to outside from our front door was good.

There was a drug overdose Nextdoor to us and drug dealers staying upstairs, very shady. The room was dirty and I don't think they wipe down the high touch areas, light switches, doors, I always bring peroxide cleaner so I wiped everything down. I would definitely not recommend this place unless you're into that sort of stuff

Everything! Staff is exceptional each stay we’ve stayed. The location is great. Many options near for food, entertainment, and beach across the street.

The floor was dirty the chair was nasty when asked about it they offered a sheet for the chair.

There wasn't anything to like about this experience at this hotel except the location. We couldn't enjoy it because the room was nasty. I think that my wife may have gotten bit by bed bugs cause I know there were no mosquitoes outside. We were told we wouldn't charged for the second night and the room wasn't worth what we paid.

a clean room for one and better services. I was told i wouldnt be charged and still was charged. This hasn't been a good experience at all. Went to the holiday inn the next day and had great service and an amazing room.
