Very clean. I love the new trend to hardwood looking laminate flooring in renovations much cleaner. Really appreciate the airport shuttle!

I do prefer a hotel that the room doors are inside instead of outside but it was one night so O slept then got up and back to airport.

Cheap

Simple breakfast provided. Choice of: oatmeal, cereal, or various bread items (muffin, bagel).

This place screams cheap. Half the hotel is under renovation and I can tell they did a rush job on this half. Light switch on the wall is for show. Almost tripped over my luggage trying to get to the light to turn it on manually when I got back to the room the first night. The second and third night had to hold the door open with my foot while I leaned for the lamp on the desk. I did notify them and check out, but they gave me the most ridiculous excuse. They said, “the prior guest probably moved what lamp it is too.” I highly doubt a guest rewired a switch on the wall. You can turn on the TV but u have NO control over anything besides volume. So MTV is it. The frameless sliding shower door leaks water on to the floor. Thankfully they do provide a bath mat/towel for it.

Aunque está en remodelación, la habitación está muy limpia y tiene trasportación al aeropuerto incluida, llegas en 10 minutos. 👌

Solo que se encuentra en remodelación, pero es un buen lugar para hospedarse si va a volar de PHX

Had it not been for the pool the stay was fine

Location was great even thd shuttle was on time

El desayuno es HORRIBLE, de verdad mejor deberían de no dar nada, es solo pan y jugo, es el peor desayuno que me han dado en un hotel

Comfortable room, though disappointing grounds and location.

Room was clean.

Had to wait a long time at check-in. There should've been two people working the desk. Location felt very sketchy. Noted utility trailers and storage unit in parking lot

NOt a Hotel but a MOTEL! False advertising.

Bed was comfy and it was clean.

This is advertised as a Hotel. This is a MOTEL!! I was so mad when I got there. BAD part of town and seriously scary to stay in a motel. I did not feel safe!

Un incubo

La mattina alle 6 hanno iniziato dei lavori di ristrutturazione dell’edificio con martelli e scalpelli. Abbiamo contattato la reception chiedendo cosa stesse succedendo, ci veniva risposto che avrebbero controllato ma non è cambiato nulla. Allora siamo andati di persona e la ragazza alla reception ci ha risposto che avevamo pagato un prezzo basso proprio perché erano previsti dei lavori (cosa che non era stata scritta da nessuna parte) rientravamo in camera allibiti. Al momento di andarcene, non riuscivamo ad uscire perché c’era un telo dei lavori ad ostruire il passaggio. Un incubo.

Für eine Nacht in Flughafennähe ideal

Der Flughafenshuttle war ideal, um meinen 6h Flug zu erreichen.

Mein Zimmer lag im 1. Stock und ich habe keine andere Möglichkeit gefunden, als meinen schweren Koffer die Treppen hinaufzuschleppen - eine Rampe wäre praktischer gewesen.

Housekeeping needs to mop…

The pool was good but the pool light was broken. Good location an easy to go to the store.

The floor was really dirty. We mopped the floors ourselves, made our feet black at the bottom. Wasn’t given the WiFi password an wasn’t greeted too well. An bed wasn’t too comfortable.

Close to the airport but mediocre at best.

The breakfast was mediocre it pretty much Consisted of cereal and yogurt.

I booked one of their jacuzzi Tub rooms. And the tub did not work! And neither did the remote for the TV. I had to do everything by hand with the button on the TV.

Ok just for short stay after a long flight

The place is near to the airport, this is ok. Breakfast was acceptable.

Room had a lot of light during the night, it was very noisy (especially for the refrigetor making a lot of buzzing at random moments during the night), The bathroom was really dirty.

The reason for stay was our flight got canceled. We needed a room for 5 hours. The receptionist was very cold. Unfriendly and seem to not care that it was midnight and we were exhausted. And other people were waiting to check in. Very slow

Muy desagradable, personal discriminante.

El personal se portó discriminante conmigo, el nombre de la persona es Tony y me pidió una licencia o un documento para comprobar que tenía hogar en Mexico y no era persona sin hogar, en la reservación no decía que era necesario algo más que el pasaporte lo cual me hizo sentir discriminado, cuando le mostré mi boleto de avión fue cuando me dejo hacer check in. La peor experiencia que he tenido al ingresar a un hotel en mi vida.

Stranded at the Phoenix airport? This is a good, close option!

The lobby made me think I was checking into a crime scene, but the rooms were very nice, well appointed, clean. Bed was comfortable--which is all we really cared about. The shuttle was on time and took us to the airport without any drama.

They could put a little more effort into making their lobby inviting. We initially thought we made a mistake by staying there, but it was fine in the end.

large room close to airport & shuttle service

unsafe in dangerous area & no restaurant for meals only breakfast. no restaurants nearby. not a safe area. cockroach’s on table. no water for drinking. screams outside.

Very poor

Walls were too thin.. could hear every loud noise ,banging, yelling, coughing. So this made my dog bark a couple of times cuz it startled him. So I got a call about a complaint...I never complained about nothing being done about all the noise... but whatever. Won't be back
