Location was great. Facility was clean and the rooms were clean as well.

Front desk employees were not friendly at all. When asking for something, extra towels, etc. they acted like it was an inconvenience for them.

The room stunk.. Carpets were stained.

Needs a lot of work! Tripping over the bubbles carpet throughout the whole place!

Breakfast was nice and convenient.

They sent me a text and said house keeping would only be in every 3 days so I left some things out I normally wouldn't have on the first full day and when we got back house keeping had been in the room, took our dirty towels but did not leave clean ones to replace them. I went to the front desk to get wash clothes and towels and asked why they would send a text and then go in. I requested for them not to come in the rest of the stay they said they would note it and the next day they was in the room again.

Staff was nice clean rooms hot breakfast plenty of smoking areas.

Deposit was not returned in full the 50 deposit only $25.50 yet there were no charges for anything I tryed talking to the general manager about this she was n very rude dismissed me without even so mutch as looking into the matter. Told me to call my bank when its not my banks fault that they only released $25.50 of the $50 deposit. It there's because they keyed it in wrong or something idk all I know is I was charged any extra charges so should have got the entire $50 back n i did not .. stole pretty much $24.50 of my money. Somebody did.....

Nice place, easy to get into town and to the national park. Would stay here again if in the area

Need updates Smells old and smells like urine

One of few hotels in area that had two queen beds and fold out couch to comfortably accommodate us.

I walked in to see if any available rooms. Desk clerk acted very inconvenienced and at one point after a lot of loud dramatic sighs I actually asked her do you have a room or not, my family just needs a place for the night if you don't I get it well look elsewhere. She was like well I guess I do and seemed like she didn't want to make the company money and book a room. Fast forward to next morning and very little pressure out of shower. Water temp was all over the place and at one point water STOPPED coming out of shower head. I had to wash the shampoo out of my hair in the sink. When my husband talked to the front desk we were told well when we are full and people want to shower at same time that's what happens.

The location was convenient and the one staff person that we talked to was very friendly!

We experienced a bed bug about 30 minutes after arrival.

Location surrounedd by a lot of resturants and stores, Very convenient to wher I neede to go, vey nice atmosphere, I would reccomend it.

Breakfast has alot to be desird, should have a little more variety and should accomodate all dieste, vegan , non diary etc.. Breakfast unfortunately would get a very low score, otherwise the rest was very good.

Not worth the money they charge!!!! No sheets for couch bed, not enough towels, no towels at pool. Was very disappointed with my stay here.

The lady at the front desk during our stay was completely rude and made us feel like we were putting her out because we asked for towels. (We had a suite with five people and there were only three towels in the room)

Staff very friendly. Nice Lobby. Great breakfast & coffee. Great location, near shopping & food.

Floor in room was sticky. Refrigerator ran, but never got cold(we stayed 2 nights). Curtain did not completely cover window, so very bright lights shone into bedroom all night long. Charging ports on lamp did not work. Mold on ceiling above tub.

The room was very clean , the breakfast bar was good with lots of variety. The pool was clean and the grandkids enjoyed it.

The fridge did not seam to work but we had our cooler.

nothing it was nasty we wasn’t in the room 20 minutes and checked out and went to a thousand times better hotel. I wouldn’t take my dogs to that place, and they had the nerve to charge me for a night I didn’t even stay. I want a full refund.
