Ridiculous and it is definitely does not deserve a rating if 7.4 as stated in Booking.Com

Nothing. The facility was dirty, had roaches, the linen was dirty, and it smelled bad, the staff was unfriendly. It was so dirty I had to leave and find accommodation else where and BOOKING.COM was if no service in helping me and my family find other accommodations. I had to go with Expedia to find a hotel and Booking.Com still has not refunded my money.

It was filthy and had roaches. The staff was unprofessional and my short 39 minutes there was horrible.

We hadden probleem met de bus naar het vliegveld , niets om aan te tonen waar en wanneer maar toch op de bus gezien verkeerd

It wasn’t the best stay.

The staff was great!

We had bed bugs and they ate me alive while I was trying to sleep. We didn’t have hot water when I first got there and the hair dryer didn’t work when I washed my hair in cold water to go on Beal street.

DID NOT STAY!!!

Took one look at the room and told my husband… we are not staying here!!! Out dated bathroom, floors were nasty, furniture was old, worn, and beat up. The room reeked of pot, and area looked to be unsafe.

it was OK but rather spend a little more to stay in better area.

gated so you have to have a key to get into parking lot with a vehicle

location, nothing nearby to eat, shady neighborhood, breakfast was cold sandwiches to throw in microwave. 1 waffle maker but always someone waiting to use it. No inside entry, no elevator for older adults.

The tubs look like they never were cleaned it smelled like mold we had to go buy air fresheners an cleaning supplies to feel more comfortable

would never recommend

close to Graceland

dirty and needs updating. no fan in shower room. smells bad. carpet filthy, stains on bedding. poor breakfast. in a bad area. Had to wipe out the bathtub because of hair left in it. Shower curtain had mold on it. Went to the soft drink machine and just took my money. Completely empty. Told the front desk and he just acted like he was surprised. The ( one person) staff seemed to just be there for checking in and out. Nothing else was dressed with our stay. The photos are deceiving . If I could have received a refund and not lost my money, I would have left for someplace else.

Close to the airport

Very convenient to airport and good breakfast and bed comfortable. Bathroom needed some repairs, but was clean.

Carpet was frayed, shower rod bent and paint on the bathroom floor.

Staff was nice and coffee was always hot.

Staff asked but could not fix clogged shower, the plugs falling out of wall, rusted screws in shower or clean the inch of dust under the desk.

I booked a two day stay but was put out the morning of the second day. it was my boyfriends birthday so we did a little drinking and played a little music and was put out the next morning. was accused of throwing a party.

room was nasty literally looking at dirt nothing was cleaned or sanitized carpet was so nasty we could not take shoes off bathroom was disgusting not cleaned at all scum all around tub and roaches was crawling on headboard smh housekeeping should be fired
