Is okay for a short stay.

Breakfast was okay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The vegetarian options in the restaurant was practically nonexistent. I ordered a salad with seasonal vegetables and given lettuce with croutons.

I wish my family could have stayed in a room with a balcony like I wanted to.

The breakfast was OK. They never problem with it.

The contractor you hire to remodel. The rooms did a very poor job. Whoever's overseeing the job needs to oversee a little bit more.

Amazing

Hotel was lovely, clean and the staff were so friendly especially Diana and Angelica. They made the stay extra special. They had Starbucks which was a bonus!

Very pleasant staff - nice environment - some issues

Great staff - fresh decor - comfy room - nice location

A $100 per night deposit that came as a surprise ($600 for 6 nights) - marijuana smoke drifting under my door each night - similarly, very echoing lobby noise doing the same - not a full breakfast service available on weekends.

We will definitely stay here again any chance we get. Great stay and experience!

All employees were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great each morning.

The elevator was down one day, and there were some roof leaks and dripping water in the hallway on the 5th floor.

Staff and cleanliness great. Outlets faulty and no hot h2o

Service was exceptional and opened on time. Facility was clean and cozy atmosphere.

Food was cold, the term “buffet” left much to be desired the bacon (only option) was greasy. Felt it was way overpriced for the selection of food offered.

Would rebook again at this hotel

Room we stayed in was new as it was recently renovated, location was close to University and many shops and restaurants, customer service was excellent especially Brian at the front desk

A bit noisy as the hotel is undergoing renovations

Upon getting to hotel was excellent except for front desk personnel. She didn't greeted us, not friendly, didn't answer my questions regarding the location of certain areas of hotel! I felt like I wasn't important enough to be there! Didn't offer to have a good stay! This person seemed to be preoccupied with something else & not her guests! Overall the room was Excellent!

I would highly recommend this hotel for a family or a couple or just someone traveling by themselves the staff is great

I liked how close it was to some restaurants and shopping center across the street. Was a great location!

It Could Have Been Better

The check in staff was great.

The bathroom in my room wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair in the tub and toilet and the sink wasn't clean. I cleaned it myself as oppose to waiting
