Boots the Cat! The bag breakfast was tasty.

The entry from the main street was a little difficult to find.

We got clean instructions about everything. The room was huge, comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast basic but sufficient amount. Great ice machine. Liked the place all in all.

It is very clean, a little outdated (some rooms) but the staff are very friendly and when our TV didn't work someone came out right away and fixed it...and that was after 10 pm!

Good location. Close to the museum and the highway. Not far away from the shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed and very quite area

the rooms smelled like weed then we asked to change the room. the staff was nice enough to accommodate to another room but the heat was not working. It was a very cold night and were freezing all night long. great for the value but wouldn’t recommend staying

After finalizing booking they said breakfast would be a pick up bag instead of continental. Not even 1 window could be opened. I could hear the neighbours have their conversation word by word.

I love the camp-y feeling! Nestled in the woods, but near civilization. Huge mature trees. It’s very quiet and picturesque. Even though there are clearly some sections that were used as residences, it felt safe and was clean. It is aged, but clean and totally acceptable. No bedbugs or roaches. Some things could be replaced or updated, but I appreciate the value. Oh! The pet fee was more than reasonable, at $10.80 total for our 3 night stay.

The bagged breakfast option could be improved, but is adequate. I went with OJ, fresh fruit, and yogurt.

Breakfast and coffee

When pulled up cops were present on facility and didn’t fell comfortable going out since in back where another cop was at. Room smelled like smoke yet was supposed to be non smoking had to buy air fresheners

I liked almost everything: clean, comfortable, polite and attentive staff, beautiful and cozy territory

Brown bag breakfast with fruit and a pastry. Good coffee.

Flooring and tile was new but installation left gaps in some spots around the room’s edges.

Location was close to Corning. Hotel staff were great. Hotel was as expected for the price.

Room smelled of mildew, carpet was torn in places. General old motel feeling.

Clean, quiet, extremely friendly late night front desk staff. Paid extra $11 for my dog. Overall, for the price, this was a great option for a short stop on a trip!

A very good, low-frills motel I have stayed at multiple times: clean, super-quiet, and well-run.

although we never used it. the pool was exceptionally well maintained and nice. comfortable bed . good hot water. very friendly staff.

Location is great. Staff is friendly. Rooms are big and well cleaned.

It was quite slept wonderfully. Staff was friendly and informative. Loved microwave and mini fridge in the room.

The toilet flushed very loud was afraid I was going to wake the room next door.

Easy location

Despite no smoking in the room, it still smelled smoky from people smoking outside leaving door to room open (based on location of cigarette butts and door didn't close completely by itself).
