Disappointed and Deceived

It was walking distance to lots of places.

Beware! Rooms do not look like the ones in the pictures. The room was dirty, the bed sheets were dirty and there was no mirror anywhere in the room.

I won’t stay there again

The buildings seemed modern and clean and it is located on a major street in San Jose.

The neighborhood When we walked out into the parking lot I noticed several people loitering in the far corner of the parking lot. This made us feel very uncomfortable and I was glad we were leaving

Would NEVER stay there again.

Nothing. Budget hotel.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a pillow on one of the beds that had an 8 inch diameter wet spot on it of an identifiable substance. There were hairs on one of the blankets. There were three prostitutes soliciting on the street in front of the hotel. The property felt very unsafe and definitely not appropriate for a family with children.

Location.

Place was absolutely disgusting. Blankets had burn marks in them. I had to clean the shower before it could be used. Only 3 channels on the TV. By far one of the worst, if not rhe absolute worst place ive ever stayed.

Hot tub in bathroom does not work no coffee no cups carpet is filthy only two pillows and they're like rocks area is very bad hookers walking around out front this is in the room even got police officer in picture sitting out back watching. The pictures they are advertising are not what the room looks like any more those are very old pictures the rooms stink not a good place to come to.

Had a comfortable sleep, but would not stay at this location again.

The location was convenient. The room was adequate.

The staff was not helpful. They refused me an extra pillow and were not helpful with information about the cable TV service. The bathroom was very old and was filled with gnats.

VERY DIRTY AND VERY UNSAFE PLACE TO STAY. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH COMMUNICATION WITH THE PROPERTY AND BOOKING.com.

Nothing to like about this property. TOTALLY DIRTY AND UNSAFE

cleanliness is ZERO. Food from previous guests under the side table, very dirty washroom still with soap of previous guests, dirty beddings, stained towels, dusty tables, walls and floor have food particles. to top it all, the property IS NOT SAFE. lock was broken and someone was banging on our door at 5:40am shouting "Luciano, get up!!!". who the heck is Luciano? my emails were also blocked by the contact email address of the property when i tried complaining. booking.com does not want to deal with me too when i asked for refund. NO ANSWER from them. checked out early because of all of these but booking.com DOES NOT CARE

Disappointing

The housekeeping was really polite and nice and the beds were comfortable didnt see any bedbugs or other pests either.

Theres prostitutes in front of the motel. Staff rushes you out rooms listed as non smoking smelled like smoke. Mold in the sink and bathtub. Old furniture pieces falling off. Stains in the bed and dirty walls.

You get what you pay for.

There was plenty of parking available. Staff made beds and threw away trash everyday. A/C worked as did mini fridge.

Rooms were dirty but expected this. The microwave in the room didn't work. The TV was dated.
