I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. My kids really enjoyed the pool. It was quiet. It was clean. It was a nice room. Staff was very very friendly.

Very clean, comfortable, and breakfast buffet was nice.
The front desk agent who checked us in that night was not very friendly. Sounded more like a robot. Not welcoming at all.

Loved the location. It was very close to attractions and restaurants.
We didn’t like the large construction containers located in the parking lot.

We loved the location of the attractions. Right across the street from the Titanic. Quite place up on the hill set back from all of street noise. I loved having breakfast up on the third floor. Not in the middle of check check out and front desk. Breakfast was well stocked. We did not have to wait in line to get a waffle. Bagels were great. Loved the gravy that we could put on biscuits or our eggs. Rooms were clean and taken care of daily maid service in a timely manner. Our room had everything for pur stay. Microwave, extra sinkand counter top, window sitting area, extra little space to hang up cloths with places to hang up jackets towels on the hooks. Very well priced. I booked with Booking.com got a great discount.
I would have liked to have bacon on one of the days on my stay. Change it up a little.

It’s in a very convenient location!
The only negative thing I have to say is the breakfast isn’t as good as it used to be.

Beds were very comfortable. Lobby and room was clean and neat. Breakfast had a fabulous selection and we were thrilled that there was a third floor breakfast lounge in addition to the one in the lobby. Parking lot well maintained and well lit.
Check in person could have a bit more of a welcoming attitude. Asked if she could split the bill for the room and we were told that she couldn’t do that. A few weeks earlier at the Microtel in Cambridge, Ohio , they had no problem doing that. Also, the driveway into the property is easy to miss. We could see the hotel, but passed the driveway twice.

Everyone was very friendly, great area, affordable pricing.
The hallways had a very “old” smell. It wasn’t terrible, but it just smelled not very pleasant.

Rudeness of desk clerk (male).
We had dog in the next room who barked off and on all nite..
We were told there were 3 other complaints and he couldn't do anyything as you took in all dogs not just service dogs.
Requested a blanket and were told to come get it.

The location was perfect for all the attractions we booked before we left home! The room was bigger than I thought and very clean! The staff were friendly. It was a great stay.
We never got up early enough to eat the breakfast, it cut off at 9:30 am.

The location was good.
The pool was cloudy, the breakfast was dry and the biscuits were hard. Also the microwave in 1 room did not work and the room did not look clean and had a funny smell. There was a hole in one rooms floor under the carpet.

The beds were very comfortable, the staff were great, the water pressure was strong, and the location was terrific with tons of sights to see and activities to do.
The toilet is a bit loud and the entrance is a little hard to locate.
