Location is amazing. Its fun to have the arcade opened 24hrs!
Theyre in construction which is awesome, but very disorganized. They have tools all over the place. Inside and outside. Very unsafe. You can easily step on something and get hurt. One of the lifeguards was extremely rude & had to get his name. Almost every entrance of the hotel was opened throughout the night. Its just not safe having them opened. Anyone has access to the hotel!

Nothing, it was not what I was expecting for $500
I didn’t like that it was nothing of what it looked like in the photos that the place promotes, the place was under construction which you find out once you get there not through their website or trough an advertisement while booking. Me and my husband were going from Boston all the way there to relax in the pool and jacuzzi and were looking to get a massage in the “spa” which is what you guys promote in your website but all this things were closed and under construction, and you get nothing in return, not a cheaper price or an apology for what was closed, which is so disappointing. For a $500 knight I was expecting much better. Also the check out was supposed to be at 11AM and we were having staff at 9:30 already knocking in the door ready to clean, and they went even far as to opening the door while my husband and I were still in the room which is so disturbing. Also they wanted to charge us $30 of resort fee when we had already payed for that, if I wouldn’t have taken a screen shot of that receipt they would’ve charge me twice for the same thing. This was such a disappointing experience, I would’ve rather payed those $500 dollars in a luxury hotel in Boston central or even Encore casino, and I know for sure I would’ve received a much better and luxurious experience. Never visiting this place ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, if you guys want to go because of the water park, I would suggest just going for a day trip, the pass to the water park is $50 each and is not included in the reservation to the hotel. So there’s no need for you to spend so much money just for a bed, Holiday Inn is close to there and for a cheaper price.

Location
Hotel is old and outdated. Price not anywhere near matches up the quality. I had to change room 3 times- mold in the bathroom. Ripped sheets, towels in the bathroom are grayish color from being old, chipped paint on the ceiling. Even my young kids commented that we should get a fabreeze to get rid of the smell in the room
AC control was broken. No way to change temperature in the room

The water park has two separate areas - something for everyone! We also thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool!
Accessing tickets to swim at the pool required a 5 minute walk to the water park - probably could use a better system. The other things we noticed is that the staff were overly policing the lazy river. You had to have a float around your body at all times or they would blow their whistle at you. I know at great wolf lodge my husband and I would float around while the kids swam alongside us, but that was not allowed here.

Liked having a restaurant on site and arcade on
Really liked the view from our room and the beautiful tree outside the slider.
Loved the water park, the toddler area, the slides and the attention and care the lifeguards gave to the guests.
The pool area concession stand was so understaffed and the wait was very lengthy.

it was in convenient spot plenty of parking, would have been nice if all the attractions were open
half of the slides and water park were closed and it was the half my 15 and 17 year olds were looking forward to, We weren’t told it would be closed till we got there, then the front desk told us it was closed for the night for maintenance, during the 4 days and three nights we never saw any work being done, asked a life guard what was wrong and he didn’t know there was anything wrong, he was told it was shut down till sometime in February and management had kept telling us it would be running the next day every day! with no work being done to it, the facilities were why we stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights and paid more there than other places in the area for the facilities, if we had known that was the case we would have postponed the trip!

The pool was closed the whole weekend. Spend the whole weekend in a small lazy river packed with to many people. No one was watching on the slides kids were going up and down unattended. The hotel room was dirty. To expensive for the way the resort is. Pictures on the website deceitful not that way at all.
