There was a bed with bedding and running water in the faucets. The lamps worked.
I understand all hotels are struggling for staff and I understand this is more budget roadside motel than hotel. The bedding was stained, crawly spiders behind doors and in darker places. Worst of all was the stale stench of cigarette smoke; not so good if you suffer from respiratory ailment. The side entry hotel doors were not locked and the chain lock on the room door was broken. Tough night's rest.

The linens smelled like bleach, which usually means they're pretty clean. Others might say the bed was hard, but I thought it was perfect! The customer service was awesome! Ravi was very kind!
The bathroom was NOT clean. The toilet had pee on the lid and seat. The walls had hair stuck to them. The fan was extremely loud. The hallway smelled like smoke. Signs only do so much. If no one is enforcing the rule, people will do what they want to.

We were really glad to find a place that allowed pets so close to the park.
It was incredibly dirty. Still sleepable, but very dirty.

It was a good place to stay. Ideal spot in town and the staff was friendly.
The room could have been cleaner. The bathroom wasn’t like wiped down and the toilet seat had spots on it. Also toilet flushed funny. The room was not swept either and it felt slightly sticky?

Lovely sitting area, pleasant coffee/eating area, coffee ready early in the morning, large smart TV, disabled guest accommodations, pet friendly, reasonably priced.
Stopper fir tub bath, real creamers for coffee, larger cups for coffee

The front night desk person and housekeeper were nice. Was quiet.Had fridge and microwave.Good parking space.
The towels are too small and thin.So are the pillows only 2 pillows not even putting them together made a 1nice one really flat. The mattress I could feel the springs.A metal piece on corner of bed sticking out.Shower had mold on walls. The fridge had mold.Walls on bathroom were filthy. No breakfast like always Covid reasons.I don't understand why some hotels do serve and others don't.

It was walking distance to eateries and shopping.
I made reservations on line. When I arrived, they didn't have my reservation in their system even though I had a confirmation number and pin number. I got a different room that they had available and the price was higher. The clerk took my phone number and said she would have the manager call me about this. It has been a week and I haven't heard anything. I have been charged the full price on my credit card statement. The room was dirty. Plastic empty bag rolled up under the chair, condom wrapping under the bed, smoke alarm hanging by wires from the ceiling, door knob broken, and the bathroom was dirty and had not been swept. The tables had dust all over them and the dresser doors were broken.. We went and bought a set of king size sheets to put over the bed and a can of disinfectant spray to spray around the room, so, we spent more extra money. We tried to get a good night sleep and then got out of there as quickly as we could in the morning. I just hope we didn't bring any bedbugs or other bugs home with us. It would have been nice to at least hear from the manager and maybe get a discount on the room because I certainly don't want a free nights stay!

We found French fries (more than one) around the beds. The bathroom didn’t look cleaned.
The cleanliness of the room overall.

Front desk lady was kind
Super dirty, smelled bad, I over heard one guest say they saw maggots on the fridge. I got a 4 star hotel right on Michigan avenue for $20 cheaper in Downtown Chicago.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for Dunes National Park, and right across the parking lot from an Indian restaurant. It was one of the few hotels available this weekend, and the price was right.
It is an absolutely no frills hotel. I don't think it's been updated since the 1970s, but it did the job.

Room needed to be cleaned.

Nothing except the location. It was convenient for where I needed to go.
The room stunk, I had to buy Lysol and spray the room 3 times to take the stink out. The lock to our door didn't always work, when I closed the door it opened with the slightest nudge. The coverlet was scratchy and had cigarette burns in it. The toilet seat was loose very disturbing to feel like you were falling off the toilet. The ice maker wasn't working. I would NEVER stay at a Fairbridge Inn nor would I recommend it to anyone. The owner/managers dog ran down the hall every morning at 7 barking.

The location is absolutely wonderful my family and I decided to have a long weekend at the Dunes of Indiana and the hotel was maybe 10 minutes from the park. The night staff was a younger gentleman who was quick with assisting issues and accommodating in room changes.
The property was dirty, the first room we were placed in was absolutely disgusting. There was filth on the walls, the smoke detector was hanging by the cord unattached at the ceiling, the air conditioning unit did not work, there was something on the lamp shade I’m still unsure about, there were spiders in the room, the bed is extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom was not cleaned. The day time staff was unapproachable, rude and stand-offish
