the hotel manager was absolutely fantastic, and tried to make our stay comfortable as best he could

The hotel manager went over and above to try to help us , in the situation we are in . We arrived after a 10 hour drive, for a wedding rehearsal that evening, and just needed to sleep. However there were major renovations going on and jack hammers that were so loud, it was hard to get any sleep at all !!!

The fact that booking.com had said the pool and gym were being renovated, but actually it was the whole hotel !!!!! The hotel manager had made booking.com aware of this, but there is nothing on your website to say, whole hotel been renovated !!!

Location, clean room, friendly staff

High price for a room with No microwave or refrigerator.. Almost $200 per night to add these items, ridiculous. Stairwell was very dirty and the emergency exit door was not latched (security issue).

The place was decent for the price but some of the attendants were very rude

Location is very close to Mississippi State University

Booking did not send over payment information and the front desk attendant was very rude and scream loud that my card was declined and payment did not go through. I paid for my stay in advance.

Superb

Nice room and pretty clean.

There was only 1 tissue roll which was almost empty. I called the front desk to ask if someone could bring some extra rolls. I was asked to come down and get it because the front desk person said they were working alone. I didn't mind but I had already gotten dressed for bed after a 12 hour drive.
