I enjoyed my stay and will be back again next year

The rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean. Breakfast is the best of any hotel I have stayed at. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

The convention center chairs were murder on my back. There was not lumbar support and I really needed that this time. The parking lot had some shade trees, but three times as many would be welcome.

The architecture of the hotel

The Staff and other guests at breakfast were very pushy,rude, and made me feel uncomfortable,and unwelcome. As a solo traveler dining alone is already uncomfortable enough.

We came her to break up our drive and definitely going to make this our half way spot more often.

Overcrowded, nothing worked, bathroom door didn’t close, the staff were useless. The front desk never answered the phone so I had to go downstairs and tell them that the in-room refrigerator wasn’t working. They said they’d have someone from “engineering” come up and look at it, but nobody ever showed up. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Great stay!

I loved our room which was surprisingly spacious. The ease of getting to the OU campus was great. We also loved the view of the runway at Westheimer and were able to see our daughter come in for a landing. The proximity to dining and shopping was perfect.

While I appreciate the ability to get the room key on our phone, there was zero interaction with staff which still seems odd…but wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

We had an excellent time at the best property we’ve ever been to, and we’ve been to Disney!

It was beautiful and the staff were so kind and accommodating. Every morning we went to have breakfast and it was beyond what we imagined or were used to. Donna even gave my kids cereal for the road trip home! Housekeeping was fantastic and quick when we needed towels or anything.

Top of the line all the way around!

Super friendly staff, clean and luxurious furnishings. Love the breakfast that was our favorite. Eggs and pancakes made to order! So gooooood!! I’d give them 20 stars if I could! Will definitely be back! Oh don’t forget to tip the cooks. They work hard and was surprised to be one of the first people to do so.

Shower water was not as hot as I would have liked it to be.

Hire a new GM

Breakfast the staff was very friendly and checked us in fast

Getting charged multiple times and calling to speak with the GM and not receiving and call back. I'm still getting charged after left.

You could only get service from one bartender the other one always ignored you. Regarding our room there was trash under the chair.

The best property I've stayed at and will be back over the July 4th week.

Madison(host) made it very easy to check in and she had the sweetest smile. The room was very clean and the breakfast was Awesome. The parking lot was lite and seemed very secure.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Warm cereal would've been a nice addition.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and slamming of the doors from neighbors shook our walls. Walls are a bit thin so could hear loud neighbors.
