Bed was comfortable, the room had adequate lighting, the TV even worked.
The desk clerk was friendly, and very helpful.
The motion sensing lights in the bathroom. I use the bathroom frequently at night, and want low light to minimize brain stimulation, so I can get back to sleep quickly

The lady turning tricks in the parking lot was friendly when I politely declined her offer.
This is an outdated and weathered property. I was tired and thought I would sleep here and finish my travels in the morning. However, the hotel was very rough, noisy, and the bed was not comfortable at all. I decided to just leave and drive through the night. I wouldn't have been able to get much sleep anyway. There is a reason that this hotel price is lower than all the others. I am disappointed.

It was quiet.
It had a weak lock on the door and a dirty bathroom. Holes in the sheets

Very dirty sheets and bedframe, very old mattresses with holes in them. Got a smoking room instead of a booked non-smoking room, so logically the smell in the room was tragic. Was afraid to bring home bedbugs or cockroaches, so cancelled our stay.

Slept oddly well.

Very old and outdated, uncomfortable bed and even though it appeared clean it was not

Rooms were disgusting. Everything was dirty. Holes in the walls and doors. Holes in the bed sheets. “Crud” in the corners of the room. Yuck.

When I was leaving the room, I said to the cleaning staff thank you and have a nice day and they ignore me!!!???

This hotel, needs a total remodeling clean. Pets are allowed, and you surely can smell that.

Location
All outlets were wore out and there were black hairs all over the bathroom and in the towels

Location was great. Only minutes away from the pavilion at montage mountain(concert venue), close to gas stations and shopping centers.
The hallway leading to the rooms could’ve been a little nicer and cleaner.

The bed was comfortable. We could bath in a tub. Close to the Interstate.
No coffee machine or breakfast! 😥 The corridors were dirty.

Comfortable beds
Room smelled of smoke, auxiliary door locks were broken. No soap in bathroom.

The staff was really nice and friendly.
This place lack a proper housekeeping. The first room we got was not cleaned. There were hair and sand on the beds. Second room was better but still the bathroom was not cleaned after previous guests.
No breakfast although that was one of the reasons why we booked here in the first place. Why can you just remove that from booking. The covid thing is lasting 3 years already and putting a sentence like breakfast included and then not serving it because of covid seems like a scam.
Pool was closed and in general the hotel is very old and not maintained.
Very far from the city.
Definitely not suitable for family stay.

helpful front office staff
Condition of room and facilities - old peeling bathroom toilet and tub, leaking AC, horrible floor (I refused to go barefoot). Location - it’s in a very strange location, remote and in an industrial feel cluster of buildings - I almost didn’t feel safe. Cleanliness - there was a bad smell throughout the motel.

I liked the location and the convenience to the places in the area I came to visit. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the bed was clean and comfy. the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable for the most part. also it seemed pretty safe there.
there were something’s I didn’t like the bath tub faucet didn’t shut off completely so all you could hear is running water, also the tub was not the cleanest. In the bathroom around the sink was some dirty markings. the air conditioner was leaking pretty bad as well, when I went over to open the curtains I stepped in a big “puddle” of water.

Breakfast was a packaged honey bun and 2 pack of cheap muffins. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Bathroom sink clogged and took long time to drain. No USB ports worked. Building doors don’t lock so anyone can wander jn off the street. Located down long dark industrial road behind USPS facility. So much work needs to be done, if the owners aren’t willing to do it they should sell because they’re doing a poor job

Cheap, good location for what we needed. It's a place to crash and shower. Front desk staff were all very nice.
Could've been a little cleaner but it's not the nightmare the reviews make it out to be
