Location was convenient
Room had thick dust in the corners, brown blood like stains on walls and shower curtain. Hair.

Wonderful time- clean hotel- friendly staff
Hotel could be updated-
3.0
location was ok, breakfast was minimalist but OK.
I can't believe that this is a Wyndham property; it presents as a Motel 6. The price was outrageous for this type of property.
5.0
The location was wonderful -- & QUIET!
Upkeep - the bathroom needs it, especially. I didn't know in advance that there would be no elevator to the 2nd floor. Breakfast was inedible for me, having allergies to wheat, corn & milk. There was NOTHING I could eat. I expected a wider range of offerings & a person to maintain cleanliness.

The bed I slept on had old blood covered up my wife noticed it in the morning we just went in to bed when we got there and then seen the blood in the morning the the tray in the room the coffee pot sits in was DIRTY look like never been cleaned before

Staff was friendly
Room was expensive and bathroom was dirty (hair from previous occupants in the tub and base boards). The breakfast was minimal and not worth it for the motel to provide.

Breakfast ok
HoJos is Close to venue I attended.
The room not cleaned properly.

Exceptionally clean and friendly and surprisingly quiet. Coffee and very simple continental breakfast was perfectly ok for a start to the day. Nothing like the yummy expensive patisserie downtown but free and easy. Despite double price for Tanglewood concert night, it was cheaper than almost anything in town. Competent vintage Howard Johnson style. No historic charm, but 10 minutes away. Housekeeping excellent.
Out of town in commercial area, not enough accessible plugs for electronics. Wifi marginal. Pool not working.

Nothing
Over $300/night for a room that reaked of air freshener, with a totally uncomfortable bed. No outlets near the bed for chargers.
2.0
Proximity to Tanglewood
Cringeworthy hot tub in room. Terrible air conditioner. Disgusting empty pool outdoors on property. Toilet was not set.
5.0
It was a bit rundown and not even close to what I would expect from a Wyndham property. It was disappointing given that it was more like a $100/night room we paid almost $300 for.
No blankets, dated, pool torn out, no amenities.

All I had was a coffee and orange juice.

The staff was attentive and informative , we rented a room with the jacuzzi in the room and was given instructions on how to use it , the room was clean ( im a clean freak so i brought my own cleaning supplies as well )
