Second time visiting and I do intend to keep as my most primary choice for Tallahassee

Not being rushed to checkout, the location, privacy, breakfast selection, room clean and both times I've stayed at the hotel all of the amenities included with room in working order, plumbing decent, water hot, great shower head, spacious tub

Parking for guests with rooms located in the very front of the building is ridiculously tight for what appears to be no good reason I understand.

Me gustó la ubicación, el precio, la limpieza del cuarto pero no así la limpieza de acondicionador de aire que olía a cigarrillo. Deben prohibir fumar en las habitaciones

El teléfono no servía para llamar. Al llegar y abrir la puerta el cuarto olía a cigarrillo

Unacceptable shower situation!

Convenience and clean. Room was nice and roomy.

The hot water heater was not working properly which made taking our showers difficult! We would have the temperature where we wanted it and then it would all of a sudden go extremely hot and burn us and then go the opposite direction and be extremely cold. It would do this thru our entire shower. I informed the front desk who let maintenance know but maintenance said it was a new water heater and couldn’t get to it until Monday to check it out. This was unacceptable and we should be compensated for this inconvenience for 3 days!!!

Disappointed in pool

Was convenient to everything

Was very disappointed in the pool, was not clean when we got there, mentioned it to the manager a day or two into our stay, was same condition when we left, the pool was have the reason we picked the hotel

The breakfast options were comprehensive and tasty!

The floor in the bathroom felt sticky. There were red-brownish stains on the towels, the sheets in the bed, the curtains, and the armchair. The cleanness of the room and bathroom was questionable. The water pressure in the shower was low.

Nice and affordable

The staff were amazing even late at night! I put the wrong card in and she was more than happy to help me change it. Very wonderful staff and pretty comfortable and affordable.

I wish I could’ve accessed Netflix or any app on the tv but it didn’t really matter because they had live tv.

Nothing couldn't get checked in nobody was in the office

Everything for customer service nobody came to the calendar couldn't get checked in horrible experience called on the phone several times to the office no answer running overnight though no answer

Nice place to stay for few nights.

I would like to highlight the good work of the staff, excellent breakfast, wonderful location of the hotel.

The showerhead is old and not properly working. There is a smell of dampness in the room.

It was a great experience and I’d definitely stay there again.

The bed was extremely comfortable, staff extra friendly and breakfast was delicious with so many choices.

It was a little farther off the interstate than I expected but that was only a mild concern.

I will spend the extra money to stay at a more comfortable and well established place next time.

The location was convenient

shower had mold in the rings, toilet leaked. cleaning was only done upon request and they never changed the linens. property had trash throughout the lot. the pool was tiny and people just sat there looking awkward. my room keys got deactivated every day. overall it was just a poor experience. The noise from other guests was awful

person behind desk Jay was amazing very helpful best thing about the place

Room absolutely stank, toilet was not clean, fridge did not work and there was mould all over it absolutely would not recommend to anyone ever. dust all over the a/c unit so when you turn it on it blows everywhere and in the end could barely breath with my asthma and all the inhaled dust

Was a busy graduation wknd, price was reasonable, location was good for our purpose. Felt secure

Food was ok, variety was good. Was as expected. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable

Room needed repairs that are not complex and probably needed for a long time. Did not meet my expectations for a Best Western hotel. Bathroom fan was excessively loud. Shower head needed cleaning because the spray was directed to the side (due to clogged holes), the bathroom door was warped on the bottom from apparent water damage. And the bathtub spout was loose. Also the floors could have been cleaner as my socks got dirty walking on them

I SPENT MY MONEY FOR A DIRTY ROOM AND WASN'T OFFERED NOTHING

The breakfast is horrible my beds had ashes in it the room was dirty CALLED FRONT DESK ABOUT THE ROOM I WAS ONLY TOLD THE housekeeper WOULDN'T GET PAID. I WASN'T OFFERED another ROOM OR NOTHING

My shower was dirty my beds was dirty the microwave was dirty the floors was dirty NEVER AGAIN
