Hair was in the bed when I pulled back the covers, hair was also in the shower, shower handle was broken, many outlets did not work, toilet seat was loose.

Very well managed with friendly and helpful owners. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The intercontinental breakfast was standard fare as expected for the chain, nothing spectacular but sufficient for us. Great location for visiting Williams College. We arrived late at night and the place was safe and quiet. We parked right outside our room.

Breakfast was limited. Bathroom door would not close, only a curtain on window, no shade. Pool was not available.

Loved the cleaning lady whom is the only staff member we really saw. She was exceptional and the guests enjoy her bubbly, outgoing personality. She bends over backwards for her guests!!!
the rate for a week was a little crazy, saved money by using booking.com

Convenient location. Ground-floor entrance. Cleanliness of room. Tastefully decorated outside for the season. Generous complementary breakfast. And a good value.
A few updates and repairs in the room…Bathroom fan very noisy… Fuel electric outlets… And one wasn’t working well. But overall a well cared for room. Renovations taking place throughout… Central heating was not working… But we were provided with a portable heater that worked very well.

Low price for one night. Good breakfast.
The room is very old. Carpet on the floor, old bathroom, and didn't smell very nice. Had to open windows to refresh the air. Mattress were so soft that needed to sleep separetely.

The room (205) had plenty of floor space for exercising, windows on both sides (and bathroom!) that we could open, beautiful view of mountain, friendly helpful receptionist. We did not try to access Wifi. Comfortable all around. Breakfast was fine: fresh fruit, bagels, waffles, hard-boiled eggs, etc.

Nothing!
My family stayed there to attend my son's wedding. There was no heat at the facility. Some rooms were given space heaters while others did not. The temperature that night was in the 30's. Totally NOT acceptable for $187.00/night! One room was so musty and cold, my niece left in the middle of the night to drive home over an hour and half away. Would not recommend to anyone!
