Comfortable and friendly staff, will stay again

It was comfortable. Having amenities like a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and washing machine was great.

The location was not great if you didn't have a car. We had to take Lyft to the nearest convenience store.

upon arrival was assigned a “non smoking room” only to have the room smell terribly musty and like smoke. needed to change rooms because the smell was unbearable. room was incredibly dirty, crawling with ants in every corner. dirty bed sheets, dirty and damaged furniture, when checking cleanliness bed had a KFC bag underneath with women’s lingerie in it. so off putting and simply put disgusting

Have stayed here many times over the last decade, and will do so again.

Continental but very fresh, very attentive staff member monitoring it; bagels, bread, rolls, multiple cereal choices etc.

eggs, waffles etc would have been a nice touch

The fridge wasn’t plugged. The noise of the people outside and kids running in the hallway late at night. Breakfast was only bread and cereal and yogurt no hot breakfast

The location was the only thing appealing for this property.

The hallways upon check in had the strong smell of air freshner that was overwhelming. Furniture was old. The bathroom needs updating. The free breakfast certainly needs to be imroved with the quality of food and the coffee cups were too small.

unfortunately the beautiful tile hallways of the hotel smelled like marijuana and I was in the no smoking section. Late into the early morning hours there were noises, banging and people speaking loudly until 3 AM and I couldn’t sleep.

when we got there we were given the very last room along a very long hallway. The fridge in our room was off and was not responsive. Our bathroom sink flooded all over the floor and our toilet didn’t work. The front desk was of little to no help and told us to be grateful. we changed rooms 3 times and in our final room, the stove didn’t work and our phone didn’t work. There was also a blackout while we were there and before that, the elevator was out of service for our entire trip.
