The staff, especially the breakfast ladies, were the best staff I have ever encountered at a hotel.
The breakfast staff WAS AMAZING! So kind, nice, helpful, just phenomenal.
Pool was a little cold, but normal for an indoor pool.

Great hotel for a great value
The breakfast was good with a variety of foods to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly.
We stayed in room 318 and the shower head had some hard water buildup. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and good choice for an overnight stay. We would stay again!
The hotel is in a great location, easy access, and very well-maintained. Our room was very nice and clean and extremely quiet. The bed was a little too firm for us, but comfortable enough. The breakfast offered a nice selection of items and the breakfast area was one of the nicest and cleanest we've been to. Continuously picked up, tables wiped off, and the buffet area was continuously filled.
We had booked with booking.com for our room. When we checked in, the front desk clerk advised us that our room had been changed from an Oversize King Studio with a Sofa Bed to a Standard King. We had booked the larger room well in advance so we would have the extra space to be able to visit with friends while we were back for our 50th class reunion. The front desk told us that booking.com had changed the room when updating our reservation, only to find in checking further that the hotel no longer offered this type of room and the hotel had made the change. The clerk went on to tell us they had a long list of outstanding issues with booking.com that had not been resolved, and this did not come as a surprise to her. We have worked with booking.com for years now, and I found that statement hard to believe! I contacted booking.com when we returned home, they checked into the reservation, and we had an answer in less than 48 hours. Thankfully, we had booked the reservation during a holiday promotion, so we did not pay an excessive amount for the larger room. I would have just preferred an honest answer from the front desk clerk. Instead we got - "It's booking.com's fault, we are sold out for the night - this is the best we can do, your room is on the top floor - here's the key. Checking out was not any better. Handed in our key, the clerk just looked at me. I said we're checking out, and that we had already pre-paid for our room. I asked if I could please have a receipt. She said - no, you booked through booking.com - they'll e-mail you a receipt. Never had that happen before at ANY hotel we have stayed at! I hate writing a "What didn't you like" review, but this was a disappointing front desk experience at a really terrific hotel! DO NOT let this deter you from staying at this hotel.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice! The location was nice. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed the pool area.
