Staff was nice. Room was not.

Staff was nice and friendly.

The room smelled old and moldy and could not wait to get out of the smelly room. Bathroom and whole room needs renovated.

I really liked the stay at the Quality inn the staff were super nice and friendly they really made us feel comfortable and welcomed. they answered all our questions. The pool and the pool area was very clean and so was the lobby area. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is nice of you just need somewhere to stay that ok

The alone time I spent there and the king bed

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t available and I wasn’t told that in my booking I was on vacation and I couldn’t sit pool side at my hotel and you have a pool I didn’t like that at all, and someone came in my room to change the trash whatever I don’t like people in my room with my permission and I wasn’t checking out not enough breakfast choices

Very nice, clean, and comfortable 😁

Was very nice and clean inside and outside.Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean with fantastic water pressure. If I was in the area again. I would stay again. Staff were also very very nice!! No problem at all parking with a trailer. Thank you!

Being on the third floor it took forever for the hot water to come in early in the mornings, but it eventually did.

A clean place to sleep.

Breakfast was fine. Location was convenient to things but directly on road, noise could be issue.

Everything was just adequate. No particular reason to choose this hotel over another. For another $10-15 a night I would be more likely to try another.

Good location but not a good experience.

Location of where we needed to get to. Easy access from highway

Dirty, under construction, bulbs out in the room, bathroom door inside room dragging the floor hard to open and close, mold from a ceiling leak from upstairs room above. Hazards with tools dust in rooms from construction.

The overall aesthetics of the room. Some linens were stained. Phone did not work,. Face plate missing from outlet. Not able to plug in lap or charging port. Dusty- little attention to details would be nice. Furniture appeared to be chewed by pets/pests maybe. Faucet dripping

could have had a better breakfast selection the hot water in the shower took forever warm up, the tv didn’t work and I didn’t have enough toilet tissue

room smelt weird bed were super uncomfortable only reason we stayed was because it was blue ridge rock festival highly over priced as well

My stay was alright for the most part but I believe it should have been less expensive.

The breakfast was alright. The location of hotel was good and fairly easy to get to. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.

I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. I also think the price was a little high.

Location, Front desk staff friendly and courteous.

Room not clean. We stayed 10 days and bed sheets were not changed, even after we requested they be changed twice. Carpet was filthy and not vacuumed during our stay. A/C was faulty (low air flow and loud noises) when we arrived but it was replaced on day two.

Comfortable bed

Dried urine on the toilet, pubic hair in the sink. The room smelled like mildew and felt damp. Chipping paint in the bathroom, dirty cord on the hair dryer. Breakfast only consisted of waffle or choice of muffins. No butter, no syrup. Morning desk person was not available. Drink machines out of order.

The smoke detector was detached from the wall and sitting on a table, there was no explanation of how things operated at check in, times for breakfast, how to get more towels etc. Just sign here and here's your key card.
