very clean and comfortable.

Excellent staffing, only stayed one night to catch the bus to New Orleans, the owner even drove me to the bus station without any charge, now that`s over and above what was expected. I only asked them to call me a taxi !!

I was not there long enough, would have liked to see the surrounding area.

it wasn't breakfast, just dried toast, bagels, coffee and barely fruit.

The room stated a Sofa in the room that wasn't there, the hot water pressure too low to washup, the beds was sliding off the box spring not for sure what you call it, but it was sliding, the other bed was fine, there isn't any view and patio sitting as stated. Oh my God and the toilet seat was too low.

Nothing to excite you.

The price was lower than the other larger hotel chains. If the lack of luxury is no concern and a low price is a priority, this location may be a decent choice.

Old Hotel, there were lots of previous repairs with a non-professional look (visually bad results). Water pressure could have been better. Toilet didn't flush right all the time. Water temperature is not very hot. Very low occupancy (only about five vehicles in the parking lot for the entire weekend). Many local residents report this is not a good hotel to stay.

Better than I expected (given the reviews)

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was big, and location very convenient! Given all the horrible reviews I had read, I was actually pleasantly surprised: the room was clean, the bed especially was impeccable. There was some breakfast available: juices, tea/coffee, cereals, croissants and bread with different spreads. Wi-Fi was excellent.

Appliances are worn out and didn't "look" good, but they all worked well. So yes, it does seem a renovation would make the place even better, but it was far from all the terrible reviews I read.

60 buck room maybe 90-NEVER

3 guests in hotel and they put us all side by side. We weren’t expecting construction workers leaving at 6 am standing outside the door. Furniture was completely worn out, table and desk gummy to the touch. Broken hairdryer, NO A/C and a utterly rude night clerk at check in. Ruined the visit here, couldn’t wait to leave!!!

Shabby and run down.

Everything was sticky. We booked non-smoking, but there was a strong, peculiar odor like they were trying to cover it up. NO COFFEE MAKER. It was just shabby overall.

The Rude Owners

The owners of the property is very rude. I was down for my mom's funeral and my brother came by to visit, they called the room and stated I couldn't have company. I explained that he wasn't staying we just had buried our mom he said well he can't stay or im calling the police. I stated called them im not scared cause I'll tell them the same thing I told u....PERIOD❗

That Burger King was next door❗

One night is enough in poor Clarksdale, MS. Our motorcyle group needed beds and bathrooms.....

It was a bed and a shower, but not much to choose from in Clarksdale, MS

This is a fairly sad hotel in a rough looking town. Our motorcyle group of 6 needed beds and bathrooms for one night in order to visit the Ground Zero Blues Club, and that is what we got.

Not best location. Clerk was insisting that my coworker was a big dog and I needed to pay extra, had to have him get put of the truck to prove he was a person, kinda ridiculous.

Was not impressed with the overall hotel for the price that they charged. Renovations are need.

Location was great. The staff was nice and my stay was very quiet. (Two night stay)

It’s not worth the price. When I walked into the room I had to go back to the front desk for them to give me another room. The second room was a little better. It’s just so old and out dated. They need renovate and update the entire hotel.

Location, price, comfortable and friendly.

The toilet didn't look like it was cleaned and the bedside table had what appeared to be baby oil spilled on it that was never cleaned up. Other than those things it was a great stay.
