The stay itself was good. A few minor changes would have made it great.

Jessica, Front Staff, was wonderful. Welcoming and very helpful when I asked about changing rooms even though hotel was full, she tried to help. Very gracious and friendly:) Jessica really made my stay a good one. Liked side entrance to parking!

A number of electrical outlets did not work. There is a huge empty, tiled area where a hot tub used to sit. Weird. Would be a great sitting area with a comfortable chair and table or something. And, the hallways were dirty when I checked in Thursday and still dirty at check out Monday.

Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett komfortable und es machte einen sehr sauber Eindruck.

Durch die Lage an der Hauotstrasse war es trotz geschlossener Fenster (waren aber auch nicht zu öffnen) sehr laut. Das Frühstück lieblos in der Lobby arrangiert.

Good value

The room was clean when we arrived. The staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The best part of breakfast was the waffles. And coffee was actually decent. We liked that the hotel was close to everywhere we needed to go, although Ithaca is not a huge city. We were in town to tour Cornell, but we were able to squeeze in a drive to the falls.

Was a little disappointed that they started work on the pool room (painting, etc) on our last day/night. I know my teenage kids were planning to jump in the pool at least one of the days of our stay. Oh well, next time.

Good hotel with obvious miss management who don't care about the customers

The location is good, with decent breakfast, few options The room was good with good amenities, there was a Decent Gym and indoor swimming pool

The hotel was having renovation work while we were there, and the construction noise was unbearable with a jack hummer continuous noise when we complained to the front desk, the lady said we couldn't do anything, and that would continue till 5 PM, we have to leave the hotel and back after that Another issue, the hotel doesn't provide room service, so for 3 nights no one came to clean and replace our towels

My wife and I really liked being close to everything Ithaca has to offer.

My room was very nice. The bathroom was very nice. I found the bed very comfortable. The only minor issue was the lack of a bathroom fan, which I found unusual. The free breakfast was good and the facility was very clean. The gym was clean and well taken care of. I did not use the pool and I regret not bringing swim trunks. The staff was very friendly and actually looked like they enjoyed their work! I will be back!

Nice people & clean but overpriced for what you get.

Staff friendliness and clean hotel, atmosphere and rooms

Breakfast food was not edible for a person who is on a restricted diet and cannot eat any processed foods. Price of room wasn’t good value for location on very loud, busy city roads and a view of a Midas from our room.

Exceptional

We liked how our motorcycles could be parked in view of the front desk and sheltered. Staff was really nice and helpful in accommodating booking changes we needed to extend our stay.

Overall a clean comfortable stay, with friendly staff and modern conveniences. I would come back.

Breakfast was fine. Good choices and a large block of time to eat.

Find another hotel

Staff responded quickly to get the a/c fixed but the maintenance person was busy with other problems.

A/C didn’t work, room was very worn looking and smelling. It appears the owners do not adequately take care of the building. Staff was very responsive and caring but we were too tired to deal with it and went to another hotel.

An overnight in Ithaca.

The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the bathroom was stocked with essentials.

We didn't run across any difficulties or experience anything we didn't like.

Friendly enough staff with the exception being Pat at breakfast, Pat, she was absolutely lovely! Food was great. Room good but missing a large chair to sit in the corner. Room was a little cramped. Bed was comfortable but much too soft for us. Linen was very clean!!! Price much too high, shameful. The price during the week is appropriate, raising it soo much on the weekends is price gauging. Thank you

Good stay...good location. Needs some updating.

Everyone was great...all staff members were delightful. Breakfast was great...as was the location of the hotel. I'd stay here again.

The rooms were clean...staff did a nice job there. However, the hotel rooms are dated, and in need of some updating. Additionally the sink did not drain well in our room (415)...It backed up while running it to brush our teeth.

Disgusting!!!

The shower head was BLACK and there was HAIR in the sink drain. The room smelled MUSTY. Due to college family weekend, ALL the hotel prices were HIGH. I paid a fortune for 1 night and this is how the room was prepared for guests!!! I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Very good

The staff was very friendly and interested in our satisfaction.

The hotel was very close to the street. Since our room was on the street side of the hotel, there was traffic noise. I would request a room on the back side of the hotel next time.
