Very disappointed. Stayed here 2 years ago and the staff was nice and the room clean.

Bed was comfortable, property was quiet.

Reserved a king smoking room and there were none available. What good dose it do to reserve. Ended up in a non-smoking. The carpet was very badly stained and the Wifi was almost non-existent. Toilet kept running. Evening desk clerk was not friendly. Walked in lobby upon arriving, told the desk clerk I had a reservation and gave him my last name. He said "ID and credit card". This where he stated there were no king smoking rooms. I stated I will take a non-smoking room. His next words were "your room is through door to the left". No please or thank you. He is not customer service material. The morning clerk was very pleasant and friendly.

Exceptional

It was a peaceful place to sleep. We got lots of rest and that's what we really needed. Also the staff was kind enough to accommodate us with handicap options in our room for the shower.

I can't think of anything that I did not like.

Ok place to stay in Chico.

Beds were comfortable. Denny's was in walking distance.

Motel was too far from I 5. Free breakfast was pretty pathetic.

Overnight for college graduation weekend.

The breakfast was good. The location was difficult to find because the facility is behind two others without clear signage.

The price was pretty high for the facility and location. We understand that it was a college graduation weekend. However, we paid the same price for a much better hotel in San Diego on the bay with beautiful views.

One of your better affordable options in Chico

friendly staff, reasonably clean, comfortable bed, nice cool pool, and a griddle cake iron for breakfast, never seen before. along with some bread,pastries, yogurt and fruit.

there are smoking rooms in this hotel, the hallways do have a bit of a musty smell. Not a big deal for us, but for some may be

Good room. Breakfast in name only.

Breakfast was bad. Hardly a breakfast with no milk, cereal or eggs and otherwise barely passable.

Superb

The bed and pillows were amazing! My only complaint was the breakfast ending at 9am, but the room, towels, beds were all above anything I had expected and and the most friendly staff!

Worst place I have ever stayed!!!

nothing!!!!

I was given a partial roll of toilet paper at the start of a 5 day stay. No other toilet paper was provided in my entire stay. I almost had to use their towels to wipe! The staff at the bar in the lounge was rude to me. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

Super 8 will be our go to hotel when in Chico!

I liked that all the staff was professional, caring and happy! The free breakfast was a great way to start the day. Our room and the decor of the hotel was great. The air unit, microwave, tv, refrigerator and hair dryer worked as they should. We had a wonderful stay at Super 8 Chico!

If I have to write something that I didn't like - it would have to be that they were tarring the parking lot of the hotel. It did not bother our stay or the great quality of the hotel. We just had to watch where we stepped when outside.

Superb

The breakfast was good!!!,the kids enjoy the pool ,I like the laundry room, very convenient for the family.

The carpet is kind of sticky. I prefer floor better, the bed was comfortable on my side ,but my husband side it wasn't. The other bed was great!!!
