Inexpensive hotel, not suitable for families.

I was unsatisfied, and I will never stay there again

The bed tilted towards the head, the bathroom shower, had black markings. The ceiling was peeling. The towels were stiff and hard. The rooms smelled Taking a shower the water kept on going from cold to really hot to cold to normal back-and-forth

The evening attendee was very kind. The location is off of a main street and in the center of the restaurants.

I'm an attorney that comes to town on government travel a few days a month and stayed here. Juice was spilled on the sheets and my $100 deposit was kept, even after the facility washed the sheets. The gentleman stated it took him three hours to clean the sheets and to clean the room I cleaned before checking out. He also said juice was on the wall, which is ridiculous. He said he would file a police report for bed sheets. I didn't argue or state laws to him because I needed to catch a flight. I had to ask for towels daily nor did anyone offer to service the room. I was told the exact towels to the room you are in are washed and brought back to you everyday. I wanted to post this as a warning for military and government employees.

it was a home away from home we will be back..

it was nice and clean .. They were so nice to my husband… he is older and they gave us a room on the bottom … that was such a blessing they are wonderful

At least, the air conditioner, refrigerator and microwave worked. The TV also had some good channels

There was no food served, just coffee and tea. At least, there was space to park my car for free.

I stayed for 3 nights and I saw 3 roaches in my room. If there are roaches in spring time. I wonder how bad it will be during the summer season. Pressing iron was provided for ironing but no place to plug it in. We had to move the refrigerator every time we needed to iron.

This was a very good place to stay for an overnight stop.

Staff was very nice. Hotel rooms were clean and pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator had a freezer section, too. Microwave was very convenient.

Rooms needed minor upgrades, and they were small, but good value.

The area was quite.

When you entered hotel really strong smell of cigarette. I asked the clerk do they allow smoking and he said it wasn’t tolerated. When I got to room bathroom counter was completely stained if cigarettes burns. Also no breakfast at all. They made coffee which was in an old pot and tasted really bad.

Good location, friendly desk staff.

Bathroom didn't have toilet paper or even a toilet paper holder. A lot of mold on the bottom of the shower door.

Exceptional

Comfortable, nice staff only hotel in Searcy that's pet friendly. Even though they didn't have breakfast due to covid they still made me coffee early this morning.

Having to walk upstairs. Lol
