I would never use this hotel again.

This hotel stay was terrible. There is barely any lighting in the room. The shade on the window is see-through. There’s only one ice machine on the third floor and it doesn’t work. The included breakfast is disgusting.

There was no towels by the pool and we had to ask for clean towels...also in 3 days no one cleans your room...it used to be better!

Hard to exit parking lot. They didn’t have any half and half for coffee during my stay. Breakfast items were limited. The front are outside could be cleaned.

1)I ask for a suite of 2 bedrooms I got 3 separate room in different floors 2)some of the personels show attitudes The keys get deactivated many times 3) those doors of the rooms are extremely heavy

Misleading marketing, overly hot pool.

The 2 queen bed room was misleadingly advertised as a 5-person room. I was forced to buy another room. The pool area was heated to over 90 degrees, the water had temperature of a hot tub, not a pool for swimming.

The hotel was having major renovations. We walked to the neighboring Hilton for breakfast, which was excellent.

Although 2 rooms were booked through Booking.com, only one initially appeared on the hotel's computer system. It took two very helpful people at the Hampton Inn Nanuet, Cynthia and Claudia, to get that mess straightened out. They were great.

The mattress are terrible and customer service was bad.

Breakfast was decent. Location is good and easily accessible from the highway.

I specifically book a room for 5 people and excepted there to be a sofa bed or a cot provided by the motel. This was not the case. When talking to the staff about this, they said I didn’t ask for a cot. It’s pretty obvious that when I book a double queen room for 5 people, a cot or sofa bed would be required; I shouldn’t have to ask for it. Staff didn’t help correct it and suggested I go buy an air mattress.
