We had a great stay. Enjoyed the roo. The beds were comfy everything was perfect.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was so mu h nicer than just toast or a bagel.

Location was good, hotel was subpar.

That it was close to the sites we were visiting.

It’s expensive for what it is. We haha to switch rooms bc the A/C didn’t work, we informed the front desk. The second time informing them, they finally decided to do something about it. The second room the a/c worked but was rattling all night long, hey but at least it was cool. 🤦🏻‍♂️ $400 for 2 night stay to sweat through the first night and then no sleep with the rattling the second night. I wish I could get a partial refund.

Good value for being close to Newport.

It was very clean, very close to Newport and Narragansett. The amenities in the bathroom were appreciated (hand soap, body wash, extra mouthwash, etc).

Breakfast was a little lacking, would have liked a few more options.

Convenient to everything I wanted to do.

Great location with several nearby restaurants. Close to Narragansett beach and convenient to a wedding we attended.

The location was convenient for our reason to be in Narragansett, a wedding reception.

Breakfast was not appealing to us. We should have just had cold box cereal, rather than the hot breakfast. We had scrambled eggs, some sausage and a muffin. I think it was the smell of the food that bothered me.

As a female, I needed better lighting in the bathroom and a magnifying mirror to apply makeup. I did bring my own mirror, but with poor lighting and that I cannot apply makeup and wear my glasses it was difficult.

Our stay was very short, so we didn't get to enjoy the facilities too much. We loved the location!

We only made it to breakfast on our checkout day. It was good, love the waffles!

The bathroom door is a little warped so it doesn't latch without pushing with force.

OK.. but in light of the above, would never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

clean and quiet

Floor we were on did not allow us to utilize our cell phones for making or taking calls. Having a special needs child we could not reach or whose caretaker could not reach us was unacceptable. Since there were no other rooms available, we had to leave our floor to make any calls out or receive any calls. The Inn said they could not compensate us financially b/c we booked thru a third party. However, they said they could provide us with a one night at a Hampton Inn free going forward. The person who told us this said he would have to confirm with the Manager. We never heard from or saw this person again. When we checked out we told the Front Desk our story. We have not had any contact from the Inn. Not Happy.
