Hôtel agréable et bien situé

Chambre spacieuse et lits confortables Hôtel à promîtes du centre de Newport dans un environnement calme

La chambre n’avait été faite en fin d’après midi : suite à notre demande, elle a été faite mais nous sommes restés 30 mn dans le salon du hall à attendre, sans geste commercial pour une chambre à 300 $ la nuit…. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est pas waou (service long et verre en plastique y compris pour le vin et les cocktails…dommage)

It’s a nice place

Shower door would be really nice it would make it a steam shower. A second shower head with a shower door you could charge more per night. The lack of door made the water go out of the shower we put down a towel but just a mess that is not needed.

Just OK. Room had no carpeting.

Liked the bed linens. Gentleman at front desk check-in was welcoming, professional, friendly, and gracious.

Light above sofa/bench didn't work. The footboard of bed stuck out too far. My husband banged his leg on it on way to bathroom during the nite. Water sprayed out of the shower onto floor.

Booked 2 rooms months ago, but when I checked in I was told since I booked on line thought this site I could not have connecting room or even rooms on the same floor. Additionally, both rooms were handicapped accessible which we did not ask for and they were next to the elevators and ice machines. Lots of noise which kept us up at night. I felt like I was penalized for using your site to book these rooms.

Average hotel. If they can eliminate the musty odor in the rooms and upgrade the a/c, this hotel would be exceptiona

The staff is really professional, polite and informative

The room smelled musty despite not having carpets. The indoor/outdoor pool is really just indoors…pictures make you believe the pool area doors are open during the summer but that is not the case. The pictures also make you believe that you are close to the water but you are not. There should be more outdoor Adirondack chairs and areas on the lawn to sit/gather. The area to gather is near the outdoor dining and it felt intrusive

This stay exceeded our expectations and would be our choice if we ever visit the area again.

The room was very spacious for my family of 4. Having 2 king beds was incredible and something that I had never seen in a room of this type before. The facilities were clean and updated and the water view was a real bonus.

I was really looking forward to having breakfast outside on the patio overlooking the water but was disappointed to find that this was not offered. That area was really active the night before, so I assumed it would be used for breakfast also.

I did not like the water view that I paid for. I was on top of the air conditioners and the roof from the restaurant. Also bigger windows would have been nicer.

Exceptional

The room was spacious,clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was super convenient, quick and our driver was friendly. He even gave us information about the town and recommendations.

Nice hotel, in good location.

The hotel was very nice. The restaurant was nice and had specials for early dinner. We ate there twice and enjoyed both meals. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, a nice hotel. We will likely stay there again.

Loved the friendly staff! I ordered breakfast from the restaurant next door, it was on the pricey end, but delicious!

For some reason I couldn't regulate the temperature in the room to remain at a comfortable setting. I was either too hot or too cold.
