Disappointing

Asked for light bulb never got. Room was dark. Toilet was dirty. I cleaned it. Night time guy was very rude

They had big bugs everywhere staff is never around to help u and at night as well to many whore and drugs around here not good for kids

The residents don’t know how to park BUT the staff is above amazing.

The staff was beyond amazing. I had a medical emergency and everyone banded together to help keep me safe.

When I got to the property I had to wait over an hour for someone to come and check me in only to be told that they were overbooked and had no rooms for us so we were tired ready to sleep had nowhere to go finally found another hotel 30 minutes away that had a room

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The hallways and elevator was dirty, the wall are to thin, the front desk availability is not sufficient. I lost out on money because I booked on a Saturday not knowing they close at 7pm, not making it there until 713pm and they aren't open at all on Sunday. I had to find somewhere else to stay for 2 nights, no refund, and then returned to have to rebook again.

The location of the hotel

The floors in my room were very sticky 1 of the front desk staff was very rude The carpets needs to be replaced I booked 2 rooms on the same floor and wasn't accommodated then told they didn't have to have anyrooms at all.

the locations only so manger’s is nice to you other has attitudes for no reason

people running in and out and slamming the doors tv is so loud you can hear it in the hallway people talking so loud and females selling there bodies and people selling drugs and less housekeepers

Denise at City Center is an amazing attendant. The location is good. I didn't like how when you try to extend your stay, you are charged a rate higher than the rate you originally booked. Due to this, I will be looking into other options instead of staying at INTOWN SUITES. If I book at a rate and extend my stay, I should pay the rate I booked, not a newer rate that keeps going up each time you extend your stay.

Being charged more, each time, for extending my stay. Difficulty in connecting to wifi.
