Awful, we left.

Nothing went well at all. Awful location, the staff wasn't very friendly.

The check in process too forever because the lady was on her phone. Once we got checked in and opened the door to our room we were greeted with the awful smell of dead stale smoke. The A/C unit did not work. The room was covered in smoke film, all over the mirrors. We found a breathing exerciser behind the nightstand..

very run down, sketchy, dirty, the AC barely worked so it was like sleeping in an oven when I tried to call to get a new room no one answered. people live here and the kids are very loud running around slamming doors

Very Unsatisfied and Disappointed

Location

The fact that I stood at the front desk to be greeted and checked in for 15 minutes and not one person came to help me. I tried calling and got no answer. I had to reserve a room at a different hotel and travel farther then needed so I could get some rest before I worked again in the morning. It was a nonrefundable reservation. The fact that they can charge me because I can't cancel n shouldn't have to try to cancel due to the lack of reliable staff at that location.

I'd rather sleep on a park bench

The bathrooms are recently renovated and the hot water stayed hot...

Everything else is horrible. No heat!!! It was 42° last night and they had no heat nor offered additional blankets. The staff is disgustingly rude and unprofessional. Theres no overhead lighting-only table lamps, the towels were dirty, the shower curtain had handprints on it. I didn't realize until leaving that the window to the walkway was left wide open from the previous occupant, there's a $150 deposit for a room that costs $75 which was mindboggling and the guy who checked me in treated me and another customer as though we were beggers and not patrons, the floor was sticky, you have to wait to get your deposit back until they go into your room and look for damages to try and charge you. Everything else is HORRIBLE and no amount of desperation should ever lead you to staying at this poorly managed establishment. I had to call the police to get back a duffle bag I left there because they asked me to move their furniture if I wanted it back. The worst stay I've ever had.
