ROACH INFESTED. RUUUNNN AWAYYYY!!!

ROACH INFESTED!!! Nasty bed coverings underneath the sheets. Stains and gross. Yuky smells. The roaches literally the roaches will greet you. Roaches crawling in the bed. In the door frames in bathroom. The place was overall disgusting af. And after I showed the front desk lady pictures and videos of the roaches and filth under the bedding she claimed to be in shock and had no choice but to give me a full refund. Plus crackhead were all out front smelled like weed. I also made a Google review and uploaded photos!

Everything!!! I didn't like NOTHING AT TF ALL!!! THE HOUSEKEEPERs lazy too!!!

able to afford 2 weeks before being admitted to hospital to have baby

It was dirty and had bugs- had to clean the tub to use it. The “kitchen” had no utensils, cookware, or dishes. The “laundry facility” was closed off for 13 of the 14 days. The front desk closed at convenience of staff.

Reasonably clean, and updated on a low budget Reno room.

The other folks staying there. Everyone was very friendly. Families in transit, temporary jobs, etc. Some were in there over a year. No delay with hot water and the water pressure is good. Good storage for extended stays. Internet is good.

Room comfort. Hard mattress on the bed with no other seating save the kitchen chairs. Internet sign up is tedious. Friendly and/or professional staff is hit or miss. No cart for luggage.

I won't come back nor recommend this place to anyone

Never seen any breakfast here, paying same price for old room with only 1 burner top that works, no b.r. fan working,4weeks and no room service for anything, walls have stains from something squirted on them, denied a room relocation when I asked and was told no but i'm paying premium prices and can't my room cleaned by staff. Note * my room has a pile of french fries still under the bed, cig. butts,women's hair clips, and cereal all under there too. Oh and I found the stems from grapes someone must've ate and threw it on the floor..

Staff was rude when asked questions, cant get a room cleaned unless someone gets hired but also can't borrow vacuum to clean myself... Emailed inntown and the question I asked was totaled ignored . Never gotten a reply to my question. .2 thumbsdown

The room was bad, the water overflowed from the bathroom and attempts were made to change the room, but they refused to change the room, so I came out before the time.

Will not stay there again!!

The only thing good was the lady that checked us in!! She was great and we did love the full kitchen.

The area was extremely shady. A lot of coming and going in the Parkin lot. You could smell a lot of pot and it was obvious people was coming and selling things from their cars!!!

DONT STAY HERE!!

Nothing. It's not worth the money

To start off when I got there to check in the lady was extremely rude. She told me that she told booking to email me and tell me my booking was deleted because they didn't have enough rooms and it's not her problem that booking can't follow her instructions. She checked to see if she had any rooms available and she had one left so I rent ahead and got it. Then she told me that there was only house keeping once a week. My room was not clean there was food all throughout the bed and the towels had something crusted on them. The floor wasn't swept or anything. I couldn't get clean towels while I was there, I had to go buy towels and toilet paper just to use while I stayed. There was no one at the front desk at night and they didn't show up until after 3pm while I was there. The wifi didn't work. The side door wouldn't open. I would not waste your time or money here.

Stay there only if you have no other place to stay

The only thing I liked about the room was one staff member and she works at front desk she was as nice as she could be but she was not the boss and she had to do what the boss said and when I was supposed to check in I was an hour late and they said I was cannot check in after 8 I had to get another hotel room for that night you still charge

The room they rented me was full of bugs I got bit up so much I had to go to the hospital and get a shot cuz I'm allergic to them I told him I said there was nothing I could see or or really give me my money back for that day cuz I checked out a day early and had to get a different hotel room and all you did was sorry hun that was management

Great Stay for the Value

The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. I felt welcomed, valued and appreciated.

Could have been slightly more clean. The towels ans blankets were NOT fresh and crisp. The stove in our room DID NOT work.

Quiet & comfy, but a bit dated and not very well-maintained. Very helpful staff between 9am-9pm only

maintenance items -- chipped paint on door, chipped formica counter top, dings on wooden bureau, open seam on edge of office chair. hallway had litter in the morning when I left. no breakfast, but that's standard at such places offering kitchens and extended stays..
