Excellent location. Wonderful breakfast. Rude staff. Poor housekeeping.

Excellent location to everything. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Great buffet style breakfast selection every day. Wonderful, well kept pools.

Staff were rude. Asked housekeeping multiple times throughout the day for towels and bath cloths and did not get them until that night after being told “we’ll let housekeeping know” repeatedly. Beds were VERY uncomfortable.

I would say stay at the hotel that make your money worth… don’t be like me.. I am regret to booked with them .

Close to the beach…!

Very rude stuff at the front desk, not very helpful , does not know what she is doing. Can’t request check in early, take approximately 45 mins to process check in. Bed room lack of toiletries, no shampoo, conditioner, body’s wash, the container were almost empty. Poorly made bed. Towels were smelling.

Super Hotel am Pensacola Beach

It was an average stay.

what I like about the property was that it was convenient to the beach, two pools, bar, daily coffee, free breakfast (7-10). Also breakfast is changed up each day. Not good for sensory sensitivity people or neurodivergent people. You might be able to request something as I saw someone request scrambled eggs and they received it. complimentary water bottle. Most of the staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. Lots of pets on the particular weekend I was there. Right next door to a small arcade which was very convenient but the arcade closes early. The hotel lobby stays clean and dry which is nice especially for those back and forth to the pool and beach. There was an henna artist there in the lobby. Ramp to haul a cooler or wagon to the beach. the outdoor sitting area did not have umbrellas so those seats get very hot. There were a few hammocks and tall chairs to look over at the beach view. So nice to receive a rose on Mother’s Day.

What I did not like about the property was the extra charge of $117 at check out. Actually they tried to charge that extra behind my back but I used a card that was specifically funded for the hotel only. So an employee came to me while we were packing up the vehicle and said front desk needs me. I used booking to book so I was under the assumption that my payment of 1168.34 for two queen inland room was the absolute. Another thing I did not like was the unfriendly staff member who worked the weekend I was there she Did not want to give me my towel card even though the supposedly policy is to trade card for beach/pool towels then trade back when returning them. The fact that the same employee was so friendly and upbeat with only a certain race but would not even say a word or smile to others. It is the society we live in unfortunately.

We’ve stayed here a few time but this last time was not great. Several problems not sure we will be back.

Location was good.

Several maintenance issues paint peeling, Bathroom had several spots that pieces were missing from the drywall. Staff at check in was rude. Parking is a mess.

Totally relaxing and accommodating to the extent we will will rebook!

Cleanliness, especially our room on the beachfront! Also, a great breakfast offering every day! And the pool area was always in pristine condition. And most importantly, the staff at the desk as well as house cleaning staff were most accommodating. The purpose of staying there, our first in Pensacola area, was to check out the area as our grandson will be moving there for pilot training. This hotel will be just right!!

A dog must have pooped down the inner stairwell, at least from the second floor down and it appeared that stairwell was never cleaned in our stay as we saw stairs as daily exercise vs the elevators. However, the area rug on the second floor where the dog first apparently had a diarrhea attack was cleaned and there was no smell. But the stairs need attention……no smell but a negative feeling for anyone using them!

We will be back. It’s our favorite beach destination.

We’ve been staying at this hotel since 2008, and that’s for a reason—it’s conveniently located to everything you need and it’s a great price.

It is a bit dated—beds were hard and pillows should probably be replaced.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the facilities.

I didn’t like the price; the beds were very uncomfortable; or the fact that you had to pay for parking when you had already paid a high price to book the room.

Not coming back

I had to change rooms because of a smell, then the 2nd room had no heat when my kids got out the pool. They had to send maintenance and the switch a unit out while we were in the room that took up most our day I only had 2 days there

Had a great time, the beach is beautiful.

Love this play, have several times. However it keeps getting more and more expensive to stay here. I may have to find someplace else next time.

Price- just a little steep. I understand you have to pay more to stay on the beach but wow. Over $2000. for 4 nights seems like a bit much.
