Staff was 10 but room was 4.5

The staff (Jacob) was extremely professional and personable. Location was great to our event and Charlotte.

For room rates/deposits room should have been exceptionally nicer and more upgraded. No closets. Bathroom definitely outdated and small. Linen and pillows very basic. Extremely pricey for mediocre amenities.

Nice centrally located place to stay.

Had a healthy breakfast menu. I would have preferred bacon but I get it. We all found something to eat

Pool wasn’t open but think it was to early in the season.

It works for a few days.

It was in a good area & close to what we was coming to town for. Was nice to have restaurants & stores close by.

The room was a bit smaller & outdated than expected for the price but it worked for the few days we needed.

Fine but I would not recommend it nor stay there again.

The bedding was fairly comfortable.

The room did not seem overly clean. There was someone else's hair in the shower. A surrounding floor tile was broken off and left when we entered the room. No toilet paper provided so we were told we had to come to the front desk and get it ourselves. No soap dish for the faucet so just on the counter it went.

Sheets was dirty when you pull the blanket back allot of stains, 3rd shift front desk was rude, carry herself like a hood female and was dirty, need to hire people that loook up to par

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. check in and out very easy

The breakfasts were not very enjoyable. Minimal choices, sausage burnt both days. Had to ask for milk jugs to be refilled and only the 2% was done . I was charged for parking for 2 days yet they have a sign that says they aren't responsible for any damage. Come on, one or the other!!! Very disappointed how I got nickel and dimeed to increase the additional money I get charged.

Good location. Close to restaurants and highway.

It's a little difficult to get out of at traffic times.

No breakfast

Everything but breakfast got put up on cart and at ten it was gone, should start removing it at ten. Or if breakfast is till ten then I should have been able to get what I wanted at ten. They were some muffins but the regular breakfast things were not on bar. But breakfast time great! Thanks

Pleasant

was disappointed as the room was $139. For the night but they charged me a non refundable pet fee of $75. And taxes plus parking fee came to $249. Which I think was way too high!

I stayed here with my Great Dane. It was great. We will be back!

Easy to get in and out of. The lady at the front desk was amazing!!!!! Clean room. Dog friendly.

I wish they had one bedroom suites.

the outside is great , however when housekeeping just lets themselves in while your laying in bed that’s not so great

housekeeping should be knocking when guests are checked into a room . to be barged in on by them was so uncalled for

Overall very clean and comfortable, very nice staff!

Every staff member we encountered was super nice, always greeting us first with a smile, hello, and asking how we were.

The breakfast was ok. The waffles were good, but the sausage was turkey sausage. I wish there had been another choice like “regular” sausage.

When I got there I was supposed to have 2 rooms but booking.com only reserved one room thankfully the staff was able to accommodate me with the other room

Very good

Nice hotel, if a little isolated. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, a little expensive when converted to $A. The staff were generally helpful and the breakfast was good, but a little repetitive.

One major incident spoiled our stay. We returned from a day outing to find our room door was unlocked and left ajar. A T-shirt was missing but fortunately nothing else. The staff attempted to be helpful but not much they could do. Just leaves a bad feeling.

A much needed & appreciated stay

The property was clean, convenient to where I needed/wanted to go. Breakfast was delicious, but most of all the front desk staff encountered were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, friendly, gave excellent referrals to local eateries and went above and beyond when I misplaced my phone. This team should be acknowledged and compensated for their representation of this Hampton Inn, Concord NC.

My bed was a little hard. However, I need a back procedure which probably accounted for that.
