Bad experience at this place not good for your business

The staff is bad they are very rude and unprofessional

The staff on the morning shift rude and lie and she hide after I was their waiting for the shuttle from 4:30 up until 6 am their was no shuttle and the lady went and hide never came back to the front desk

Hotel needs refurbishing. Despite that helpful staff, comfy bed, clean bathroom and great breakfast

The king size bed was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, well presented and sufficient, good coffee! All staff were welcoming, freindly and helpful including the shuttle bus drivers. The bathroom and bedroom was clean. so in all we had a very good sleep and a great breakfast. Very thankful after missing our flight due to unforseen circumstances.

The hotel urgently needs refurbishing. Marked and damaged bathroom door, cupboards and desks. The hallway carpets and lift was filty with grime and desperately needed vacuuming.

Vergaande glorie, kan een grote schoonmaak gebruiken

Prima locatie, dichtbij Airport en er rijd een shuttlebus. Even uitzoeken hoe het werkt, want vooraf werd er gezegd bellen als je geland bent....diverse keren gebeld maar niemand die de telefoon opneemt. Een gevalletje zoek het zelf maar uit.

Slecht onderhouden hotel een muffe lucht bij binnenkomst, de dame vd receptie was ongeinteresseerd en zei amper iets er kon geen lachje vanaf. Op de kamer kwam je een rooklucht tegemoet bij binnenkomst. Vergaande glorie het is het allemaal net niet. Vieze vloerbedekking, dingen die loshangen gaten in het bureau, slechte afwerking de wc rol houder hangt met tape aan de muur.

We wouldn’t have stayed except it was so late and we had no transport to check in elsewhere.

decor was really shabby, the carpet was filthy and sticky, the mattress in our room was horrible, the shower was so rusty I couldn’t use it, the property is long overdue a renovation.

poor condition of building and common areas makes this feel rough, staff friendly and helpful though.

staff were friendly and helpful. location was very good for a 1 night layover after a long flight.

where to start. general condition of common areas was very poor. paintwork on doors, other parts of the room was scratched and clearly hadn’t been painted for many years. bathroom was unpleasant and poorly fitting, everything was just tired.

The staff was nice. We survived but will not stay again due to bed bugs biting my arms and back. Font expect this hotel

Overall the location was clean and safe. we could smell the Clorox in the building. Staff was nice. breakfast was nice.

I had several bite marks after first night, so I used bed bug spray to get some relief. Stayed one more night because we couldn’t cancel. but definitely will not stay again.

everything. this is suppose to be a non smoking hotel but yet you could smell weed in the hall way. then it was loud with people constantly walking and slamming doors.
