Relaxing, clean, and friendly!

It was easy to make a reservation, the room was nice and clean, and the staff, particularly Bob Moyer, the breakfast waiter, was exceptional...friendly, funny, and kind.

Not sure anything can be done, but the air conditioning unit was loud. Thankfully it was cool enough to not run it all night.

Hotel was very clean, food in restaurant was excellent.

Bathroom was very small and water in bathtub did not drain when taking a shower.

The room was nice and breakfast was good. Larry was a big help.

There are not enough luggage carts. It was a fight to fine one.

We used room as a base to visit the area and it worked well

Room was clean Beds well made and clean Furnishings nice

Room smelled musky on entrance. Looks like black mold around tub.

Staff was helpful and breakfast was fresh and hot, best idea I have seen lately for controlling cost and giving value to your guest!

Exceptional

The rooms were clean and very well kept. The staff and housekeepers were extremely nice and helpful. The maintenance were even nice enough to help jump car when it died. Amazing place to stay.

we loved it!

the friendly staff, how clean our room was, the comfy bed, and how the jacuzzi tub is beside the bed, it’s so relaxing!!!❤️

that the tv wasn’t a smart tv, there wasn’t much to watch on the channel guide.

And the room was clean free breakfast coupons and easy to get in and out of the room to have a cigarette

The only thing that was a little bit bad was the blinds was not able to be shut

We have stayed there 3 times and always had great service .

The only problem we had we were not advised that the Restaurant and bar were closed Sundays

The front desk person was very friendly and quick w our checkin. The lobby is gorgeous. Rooms were nice.

I thought compared to the lobby the rooms were not as nice. Could be more parking. The vending machines wouldn't work.

Great staff!!

Wasn't much. Dry biscuits, slightly warm sausage gravy. A few biscuit, sausage and cheese sandwiches wrapped I plastic wrap. Only apple juice. About 4 bananas and 20 apples. Coffee from libby very good. Front desk gentlemen were very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping staff friendly.

Improve breakfast. Pretty bad.
