Clean, Friendly and Great Value

The staff is wonderfully pleasant and helpful. The entire property is very clean. The breakfast had a good variety for most dietary needs.

I wish the smoking rooms/balconies were not at the front of the hotel/main entrance. It's off putting as well as a nuisance for those of us that cannot be around any smoke for health reasons.

I would avoid staying there again

Guy at front desk was rude, didn’t make eye contact. Looked miserable and like he did not want to be there

There were little hairs around the tub right when we checked in. It looked like the shower wasn’t cleaned between guests

Very unpleadant

Not much to offer

Floors had trash papers . Floors were very wet by pool area. Beds were uncomfortable veery soft n used. Not enough soap or shampoo in room for more than one person we had 4. Bathroom sink drained very slow. Came back from dinner and was 4 cop cars by front door and no one to say come in it’s ok or stay away. Lady at front said can’t tell u what’s going on but go to your room on 3 rd floor it’s not there. Would have been nice if there was a cope at door to escort us. Pool room extremely humid n hot not enjoyable and area was dirty messy water looked cloudy. Been here before many times but will never go back again

The shower didn’t have hot water. Shower handle reversed ( cold water on hot water side)

Superb

The comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the room, the peace and quiet was also a plus! We enjoyed the breakfast and plan to stay at this location again

Comfortable stay

The staff was very friendly. The suite was clean & comfortable. The location was in a great spot. Right in the middle of everything.

I can't really complain about anything. Things were pretty good. Just wish the rooms were a little further apart.

hotel needs some upgrades but fine for a quick stay.

nice new carpet clean tv worked well breakfast was nice and people were super friendly front desk team was fast and friendly!

broken luggage rack. shower curtain was weird and ineffective. stuffy in winter. could not get AC or fan working to circulate air. not great for people with allergies or who like to sleep in a cooler climate. thin walls VERY noisy neighbors. soaps/lotions/toiletries few and limited. no magnifying mirror in bathroom.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of my room, The telephone was very dirty.

the breakfast was good & the staff that was taking care of it were friendly & accommodating as I came in late they were still very willing to let me have breakfast.

Stayed at this same hotel in October and did not experience any issues.

The staff was amazing!

Had to be moved from original room because there was no heat. The chair in that room was tattered and looked like it needed a deep cleaning. There was a spider web in the window that looked like it had been there since facility was built, and the watercwas rudty when each time it was turned on in the sink. The second room appeared to have blood on the ac/heating unit and tge was a glue trap visible underneath of it. The shower fixtures had mildew around them.

Exceptional

Very large room with desk and office chair, plus arm chair and foot Hasson, king bed,2 nightstands with lots of easily accessible ports and outlets. Large bathroom, full length mirror on closet door. Comfy beds and pillows (soft). Really nice. Five foot vanity counter in bathroom. Hot water! Great hot breakfast in large room, lots of seating. Pool and hot tub right off first floor elevator.

Doors in pool room were rusty half way up from bottom. Hot tub was super foamy.

Better than sleeping in the car. Fair-okay.

Breakfast was unavailable when I left a few minutes after 7AM. Too late. I needed to be packed out and on the road by sunrise because of holiday traffic. The convenience of breakfast was one reason for choosing Comfort Inn. :-( :-( :-(

Furniture generally appeared worn. Nice firm pillows, though.

The ladies in the breakfast area were very nice and kept the breakfast items well-stocked.

It was clean on the outside as well as the inside.
