pool was closed to the entire time we were there, room was not ready when we arrived, when we needed additional towels and bedding, they did not bring them to us and we needed to go down to the desk to retrieve them. Overall, they seem to understaffed, and to reliant on desk staff to troubleshoot things like pool chemicals.

Wonderful

The staff were great, it was quiet and the room was super nice!

The only thing that could of been better would be an ice machine upstairs but other than it was all great! The Ice machine wasn't a big deal

Not worth the price. No discounts for ant

People were fine, the accommodations are uncomfortable for watching TV and doing paperwork The business center was completely unacceptable - none of the PCs were working, no fax machine no scanner.

Coffee in the evening was old - not fresh or hot.

A very good experience - would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. While not in the heart of downtown, or directly on the river, the hotel is very accessible to all that Hood River, the Gorge, and Mt. Hood have to offer. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and well outfitted with appliances, charging ports, and hygiene supplies. The common areas were bright and clean. The fitness room was small but the equipment was high quality. The breakfast offered many more options than I expected, and all the options were available whether I came down at 6:30 am or 9:15 am. There were multiple teas and good strong coffee available all day. I didn't use the pool, but families definitely seemed to be enjoying it. For the price, it would be hard to beat this experience.

Very nice hotel. I think the $25 a night for a pet is quite expensive. I like the location and the pool and hot tub!

The only thing I didn't like is there is no place to take your dogs to potty. I have my own doggie bags, but there was a lot of dog poop that was not picked up.

Disappointing

Pool and hot tub were locked up. I contacted them a day before my arrival and was told both were working. Very disappointing.

It was nice you g man at the desk was great

Breakfast was so late getting done we did not have any. But our room was super nice! Very quiet

It was kinda of spendy-y. We usually prefer Hampton Inn. But we will be using Holiday Inn maybe again. We come this way 2 or 3 maybe more a year.

A nice place for weary traveler to get a comfortable bed in a clean room with decent breakfast and attentive front desk.

Very clean, simple functional design. Lots of plug in, charging spots in room. Bathroom fan quiet. Close to useful stores, downtown area. East freeway access. Very good front desk staff.
