Not a good experience for the money paid.

Convenience

Dirty. Dog/cat feces smell near front door. My room was on lower floor. Room interior was out dated. Old carpet. The smell inside the room was that of old carpet and drapes not being cleaned. Walls had patch makes on it. Bathroom door was in poor shape. My room was next to possible employee linen room. Doors opening and closing all night. Back window viewed a corner of the building which had trash discarded there. Non kept property and rooms need update.

Room was spacious. Now thinking about it.. that is about it.. They had a keurig, that was pretty cool, w 2 little liquid creamer packs. Check in was easy.

Beds were so so.. the pillows to small.. pretty pricy for no breakfast included.. the staff wouldn't even give us a ride down the street. When we got home from an event, the a/c wasn't working, they didn't have any other rooms to give us so we got a fan delivered to us, then we got 10% off; WooHoo!!!!! 🙄

You had to ask for housekeeping which we did. They did make up our room the first day but not the second, they only left clean towels. We said something at the front desk and was told it was due to staff shortage. At the cost of this hotel, they could definitely pay staff more so they could have the help needed!

my only complaint is the bed not soft enough an shower not enough water pressure to rinse hair good

I would have received the same product from a less expensive hotel.

HGI theme is very nice. Colors, spacious & airy common areas, decorations are not overwhelming. I’ve stay in a few of these hotels and I love them. One less than pleasing experience won’t deter that.

I’m bald, so I was very disappointed to see long hairs in the bathroom. One was hanging from the toilet bowl, a curly one on the floor in front of the toilet, and one or two in the sink. They were purrty obvious.

I didn’t like that I had to pay $10 plus tax for breakfast that said was included. especially when I only had a bagel.

Overall a pleasant stay!

The property was very clean and the location was very close to Fresno State University.

The room was bigger than I thought. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed it was very firm and the pillows were too small. They could use nicer bedding and much bigger pillows.

Stay at hotel was great!

Everything was awesome about the hotel. Staff and comfort was excellent.

I did not like that they had no parking lot security, even though there was a Hilton Security guard vehicle sitting in the parking lot. End result was someone vandalized our vehicle by cutting off the catalytic converter in the parking lot.

Awful, do not stay!!!

Found cockroaches, TV didn’t work and no one was sent up to fix the problem until 2 hours before check out on the following day. Sadly they took off 60ish dollars. I could have stayed at a motel 6 for the $180 I spent and probably received a continental breakfast at the least.
