The dude at the front desk was so annoying. Kept talking took very long to check me in

It was a good night sleep.

The experience was accommodating and friendly.

I did not appreciate some questions being asked by admitting staff: it was at one moment a bit uncomfortable.

Night attendant stated he couldn't find my booking and was extremely rude. I ended up having to pay well over the rate that I booked with booking.com. I contacted booking.com and they reached out to the property and the attendant immediately found my reservation. The property refused to honor the discounted rate that I originally booked. The attendant was rude, extremely pushy, and unprofessional. It was a nice room and clean but I will not stay there again

Great stay. Good breakfast. Great room.

We chose this hotel because of its location and it was great not only for the location but the room was a good surprise. Don´t be fooled by the old fashioned facade and small lobby, the room was great, with everything a grand hotel has, and very clean. Also, all the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and complete (although after several days I would appreciate more options). For the rate we paid, we got what we expected and more. Very convenient.

The only thing I can complain about is the pillows. They were very, very soft ... almost useless. I know some people like them like that, but I personally do not.
