Free breakfast, but the boiled eggs were spoiled

The weird staff, the white male was calling another staff he lady with the ugly bangs and all staff were trying to call eachother out due to us not having to do a 100 deposit last time. Mexican lady bigger lady crazy eyes and mean mug claiming that I was trying to smuggle in minors again and that I’m banned but no logical reason.

Bagels. Otherwise everything was a problem.

I was trying to check in early so I could go to work and they banned me saying I was trying to sneak in minors? They are my family and we are on a trip together for work.

Location to an early morning apt at Mayo.

Too many kids running in halls screaming and yelling at all hours, staff did nothing about it.. Keeping guests awake.

Overall great stay! Very clean and well organized.

The rooms were very clean, and The beds were comfortable. The morning staff was very helpful and friendly! It’s also close to mayo, and you offer a shuffle which was great!

The pillows were a tad uncomfortable. The breakfast was not what I expected. My biggest problem was with the afternoon check in staff, they need some improvement on hospitality.

The door to the handicapped room is hard to navigate because the entry is only walker/wheelchair width. The hand held shower nozzle holder is not at wheelchair height.

Lucy, at the front desk, was exceptional!! Our trip was very stressful but her upbeat personality and helpfulness was an added bonus for us!! It is obvious that not only does she do a good job but it also shows that she loves what she does. She represents Super 8 and we will be back! Thank you Lucy!

It was ok for the amount of time I spent in the room.

The location of the room. The nice breakfast location and food.

The hill to get to the door and out to the car. I use a walker and this was not nice when going in or going out. The location of the handicap button for entrance is too far from the door. The bathroom needs upgrading. The door on the bathroom should go the other way since the sink is located at the entrance door.
