No major complaints, a good week stay.

The breakfast was fine, Brian did a great job keeping the area stocked and very clean. He was friendly and gave good information of the Alamosa area.

Nothing that could be changed.. the layout of having to walk outside to pool, ice, breakfast. It’s winter and thank goodness weather was mild. It is a motel, I know, not a hotel.

Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Huge puffball pillows. Neckbreakers. Could easily hear conversations from next door., and outside. Noisy heater in room.

I hadn’t stayed in a Best Western in several years and probably won’t again.

Location is excellent if Alamosa is on you way in any direction. Very large room. Had a table where we could play cards.

Outside stairs are filthy - not a very nice welcome to your room. Needs a new bathtub. NEEDS NEW SHEETS!!

Disappointed

The motel style inn was nicely laid out with a central check in building and the "L" shaped motel rooms surrounding it. The room was large and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The first room we were assigned was not clean. The front desk was very accommodating and moved us, but overall our experience was disappointing of a hotel that was rated "very good" and we paid over $200 for.

I found human hair on the sheets when I pulled the covers back. I found pet hair all over the floors.

the only positive experience was the desk clerk on that nigt who was working so hard to accommodate everyone in a not so

there was a black out when we arrived unable to really see anything

had to wait a few hours to get checked in due to blackout

I'll be back!

The hot tub was excellent!! The staff, room & breakfast were very nice!

I could never get the room warm enough. However, the staff loaned me a space heater and then it was quite comfortable. It would be nice if the pool water & room was just a few degrees warmer.

Dealt with some toilet issues upon arrival, plus the room had thin walls - could hear road noise and other people throughout the night

Clean and easy access to the Main Street.

Bathroom door needs a push/pull to close. The door is not aligned.

A great place to stay, we will come again if we are in the area.

Staff was great, pool was a nice amenity, room was clean, breakfast was good. Area restaurants were nearby, The INN was a great place. especially for the cost.

Too bad it is so close to the highway, but noise and safety issues weren't a problem. You could consider some information about places to visit in the area, But overall, we enjoyed our stay.
