It was a good stay for the most part. But when I arrived on Friday night about 11:30 the person on the desk was outside

The location was great and the value was good too. The lobby was very nice and clean.

The property was really nice when you first see it. Then when we got to the rooms the bathrooms were not very clean. The floors in both bathrooms were dirty and the first night(we stayed 2) there were use bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash left in the shower, which looked like it had not been cleaned. When I went to check out Saturday morning there was a handwritten sign on the desk saying that the lady would be back soon and that she was extremely busy, then she came walking in front of outside and threw her lit cigarette down just outside the door and came straight to the front desk with a very strong cigarette smell. She was very nice and friendly but…

Tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel porque nosotros cogimos este hotel debido a que tenía gym pero cuando llegamos no estaba disponible. Nos fuimos al día siguiente a pesar de haber pagado 3 noches y aún estamos esperando a que nos devuelvan el dinero, nos dijeron que lo iban a hacer pero no tiene buena pinta…

Comfortable, clean, and up to par!

Breakfast and tea and coffee was awesome! Room service excellent! Clean hotel! All appliances worked ! Linen clean! Floors clean ac works! Bathroom clean. Towels clean and fresh!

Great place with helpful friendly staff.

Staff friendly and correct an issue right away. Hotel is a pet friendly facility. Unfortunately my room smelled like dog. I spoke to front desk clerk about the problem and she got me another room and it smelled lovely.

Exceptional

Friendly and helpful staff. The coffee in the lobby is wonderful, they even have honey and hot chocolate. Some of the complimentary toiletries are Dove which is a nice touch. The beds are comfy. The desk is nice and it has an additional roll out table that makes eating with the family easier in a hotel room.

The phone in our room doesn't seem to work but we don't need it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, surprisingly good breakfast.

Spotty wifi and less than basic TV so bring your own entertainment. Nearby construction made finding the hotel difficult at first.

Superb

This place has everything that makes me love the concept of hotels. It has heat. It has water. It has quietness. It has a hot shower. They give you complimentary items like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They have a weight room. They have free breakfast. They have free wifi. My microwave conked out and my request they fixed it asap. This place is within walking distance to Target and HEB Plus. I want to stay at more hotels like this.

It was a nice stay with everything you needed.

I liked how they had everything stocked for your time there and a good variety of breakfast.

How there was only one entrance to the hotel and if you missed it you had to go back around.

Elevators were not working. Had 2 walk up 3 flights of stairs I was charged for my service dog Whom helps me and my husband with our mobilities. He also helps my husband with his psd left from the service. I want my money back?!!!!

Sorry for the Inconvenience." It's closed because where there should be monitors there are VGA cables. No computers. No printer. "No happy hour today. Sorry for the Inconvenience."

Could be better if the A/C was functioning fine.

Everything was upto the mark. Except the air condition.

The air condition isn’t working properly. The room was pretty hot even it was though it was set on 65 degrees of cold.

Very nice. I would definitely stay here again

this property looks brand new and has a lot of the features you would find in much higher level chains. It has a frost free lighted mirror in the bathroom. It has a pull out magnified make up mirror. The room was very spacious and clean. They also allow pets, which is why I stayed there. It is half the price of the hotel where I usually stay in that same area. And nicer. Much larger dog areas than many places.

There is some construction going on around the hotel on adjacent properties. It makes it a little bit difficult to find and get to you
