Crystal, who was responsible for my check in, was very helpful and friendly. Give me some information about the city and didn’t measure efforts to make me feel like home.

I believe that the breakfast should be better, with more options.

One thing stood out for me was the quality of the breakfast. In other hotels the food is usually some powdered egg-like substance, weird tasting sausage patties and that's it. This place, everything seemed fresh and tasty, I'm not going to claim that it is high end restaurant quality, but it definitely showed that the staff cares about what they present to guests. The room was clean, the ac worked exactly as required, it was quiet despite being a stone throw away from the highway, absolutely would stay here again.

The staff at reception was not welcoming at all. We arrived around 10.30 pm at night and he ignored us for around 10 minutes. When we politely alerted him he informed us that he was training a new staff!!! He then asked the new staff give us our keys without letting us know what floor our room was located on. He was just plain rude.. quite unlike the other Hamptons we stayed at in the past. The lady that made breakfast and the lady at reception the next day were professional and very polite… which was a welcome change.
